• Master Plan, Landscaping and Buildingsdesigned by ‘HOK' - one of the Top InternationalArchitects
• Conceptualized as a Premium and ModernResidential Complex revolving around the
theme of integrating the various elements of nature.
• The design approach is to create a compact, shadedand close-knit community with a pedestrian-scaledevelopment with “places for people” while
