Instituted point system which took off points for disruptive behavior and created performance scale for group work keeping students accountable for behavior as well as learning important workplace skills.

Coached students to develop more assertive communication skills with teachers and students which helped to generate more effective responses.

Developed individualized learning techniques to meet student needs and style which resulted in helping failing students improve grades.
