Amanda is a Nutritionist, broadcaster and au- thor whose passion for her subject coupled with a refreshing down to earth approach have made her a media's favourite and respected practitioner. Amanda works as an advisor with the Scottish Government’s Curriculum for Excellence panel on food and health. She is a National Food Am- bassador for the Scottish Executive.
