11 / PINEAPPLESI think they are pleasing to look at, taste, and smell. I like to put pineaplples in the spaces I design. Whether it in a fruit bowl or the finial on the end of a rod. Its quirky, but a pineapple brings life into a space through its colors, textures, and shape.

12 / FORM AND PHEROMONEEach piece by Christopher Marley is an original created with careful attention to the flow of negative space, complimenaty colors, and meticulous preperantion. Insects never looked so beautiful.

Amanda Ahlman is is a junior in Utah State Univeristy’sInterior Design program. She has always loved design and belives, as Alina Wheeler said “Design is intelligence made visible.” Amanda belives that you should learn as much as you can in this life and to do so, you should surround yourself with good books and interesting peoplein beautiful places. In her spare time she loves to surf with her family.
