Aman Al Rajhi Security Token Guide

Aman Al Rajhi is a mobile Application that can be installed on smart phones for generating one

time passwords for internet banking service.

The App operates on a sophisticated Challenge - Response authentication method which requires

the user to insert a challenge code in the App and generate a response which needs to be

inserted back into the internet banking.

How to subscribe in Aman Al Rajhi

To subscribe for Aman Al Rajhi, you are required to login to ogin to the Electronic Banking

Registration service by clicking on the “register” link visible at the top of the login page on Al

Mubasher.

Once logged in please follow the mentioned steps to download Aman Al Rajhi App and use it for

accessing Al Mubasher.

The steps listed below show you how to download and use Aman Al Rajhi app on iPhone devices.

1- Please click on "Register" link shown on the top of Al Mubasher’s login page

2- Insert the required information and press login.

3- Click on Register for Aman security token.

4- Select “ Request Token”

5- If you are an iPhone user, select the second option.

If you are not an iPhone user, please see the Security Token Guide for other smart-

phones.

6- Read and accept the Agreement shown by marking the check box.

7- After you accept the agreement, a serial number and activation code will be

presenting.

8- At the same time, a SMS will be sent to your mobile phone containing a link to

download Aman Al Rajhi App.

9- After you tap on the link, you will be taking to app store. Install the app on your

device.

10- After you download the app, go to the SMS message sent to you earlier and tap on

the URL link again.

11- After you tapped on the link, your profile will be uploaded. Now press OK.

12- After you tapped on OK, you will be taken to the below screen. Now tap on AlRajhi

Aman.

13- There will be two activation modes, Automatic and manula. Please select manule.

14- The following screen will request you to enter your activation ID. Please enter the 7

digits number shown on AlMubasher page which is indicated as serial number.

15- After entering the serial number, you will be prompted to enter the activation code

which consists of 20 digits shown on AlMubasher page. Insert the activation code and

then enter a pin of your choice which you will use to access the Aman Al Rajhi App.

16- Now refer back to your computer (Electronic Banking Registration page) and click

on Back to complete the registration process.

17- After you click on the back button, select “ register token”

18- A SMS will be sent to you containing 4 digits code.

19- Run Aman Al Rajhi app on your phone and press “Identification”

20- Enter the PIN that you configured earlier to access the App. Then enter the code

sent to you via SMS in the “Challenge” field and press “OK” to generate a response.

21- A six digit response password will be displayed to you.

22- Insert the six digit password generated through the App into the field shown on the

registration page.

23- The service will be activated and a subscription fee of 50 SR will be deducted from

the selected account. The fee is one time only.

- How to use Aman Al Rajhi to login to Al Mubasher retail

The steps below show you how to use Aman Al Rajhi to login to AlMubasher retail.

1- After you have entered your username and password on the login screen, a challenge

code will be displayed on the screen.

2- Open Aman AlRajhi App and tap on Identification.

3- Enter the PIN that you chose for your App. Then enter the number displayed on the

login page in the Challenge field and press “OK”.

4- The App will generate a six digit response code. Insert this response code in the login

screen of Al Mubasher and start performing your banking.
