Dinner - First Night – Sorrento - L’Antica Tratorria L’Antica Tratorria – It’s all about the atmosphere…and the amazing food!

In a few step you’ll find yourself under a canopy of flowers and vine covered pergola on the tratorria’s amazing terrace.

Dinner –Second Night – Amalfi – Marina GrandeThe restaurant Marina Grande began life as a seaside bar in 1918 and then moved to its current location on Spiaggia Grande in 1935, thanks to grandfather Nicola Esposito. Towards the end of the fifties, it evolved into a restaurant overlooking the wonderful expanse of water enclosing the historical centre of Amalfi. Waves break just near the covered terrace. You’ll enjoy the small seaside marina and the best of their local cuisine. As soon as you arrive, you’ll take notice of the warm, intimate and comfortable atmosphere created by Arturo Esposito and his wife Melina, who have successfully passed on the art of hospitality to their sons Nicola, Gianpaolo and Enzo. This is the delightful setting in which Enzo spares nothing in his commitment to providing excellent Amalfitan cuisine and unsurpassed service.

Day 3Friday - September 19

• Spend the day with Nettu Diving exploring the underwater coastline of Amalfi. Caves and coves will provide a unique beauty to Amalfi and allow you to see a side of Italy you never though possible.

• All day trip on water and coast.

Dinner –Third Night – Positano – Donna RosaThe Ristorante Donna Rosa was born March 1997, from the passion for the art of cuisine, and the love of rewarding vistitors with exceptional and authentic experience. It sits in a quiet corner of the quiet village of Positano. Thanks to the hard work and commitment to excellence of Mamma Rafaella, Papa Vincenzo and their two daughters, Erika and Rosita, Donna Rosa quickly made this welcoming, refined and romantic restaurant a must to visit for those who appreciate the finest Italian dishes.

Day 4Saturday - September 20

•Day Trip to Capri

•Arrive at Marina Grande•Tour Around the Island and a visit to the Grotto Azzura•Bus to Anacapri, take the chair lift to Monte Solaro and make for the Villa San Michele to the top of the island to see the panoramic view of Capri and the Mediterranean Sea.•Drinks at Piazette• Visit the Via Camerelle and Piazza. •Explore The Gardens of Augustus•Dinner at “Next 2” back on the main land

Dinner – Fourth Night – Positano – Next2This charming Trattoria came about in 2004 from a fusion of owner Tanina's two lifelong passions: gastronomy and design in its most simple, essential forms. These values have been upheld by her children Carmela and Vito, who now manage Next2.

It's a beautiful and relaxed place where you can enjoy a great meal, or simply sip a drink out on the terrace overlooking the sea.

Our Mission:Our philosophy is simple. Set ambitious travel goals and experience wondrous places. We work with people who are passionate about travel and providing authentic, immersive experiences that are well researched, well executed and difficult to replicate. Our staff and trip guides will be available or with you the entire time to assist you in any way.

Our clients are runners who like travel and travelers who like to run. With Lost Worlds Adventures we have gone beyond offering an incredible race and have put together a well tailored, multi-layered and memorable running holiday, nuanced and thought out...and all the while building up to Race Day. Each trip will be 4-5 days in duration, including race day.

We believe that keeping our groups small in size - 10-12 guests each outing - will allow us to prepare and manage a truly remarkable and singularly rewarding experience for each group. As well as having interesting program of daily excursions we will have optional running tours of 5-10k scheduled to keep you legs moving and ready to race. We will also have plenty of free time to allow you to strike out and explore the area on your own.
