TQT or TQT/T4 To display the Amadeus Ticket Changer Reissue Panel, enter: TQR

Document Issuance For a reissue: You can make the normal document issuance entries for issuing the new ticket (TTP or TTP/P1 ) and the Penalty and Residual Value TSMs (TTM). You can also make the combined ticketing entry (TTP/TTM or TTP/TTM/P1-3, and so on). For EMD issuance you must make the combined ticketing entry. Note: If your office profile field ATR is set to 2, you must make the

combined ticketing entry. In a TTP entry, passenger association is mandatory for mono and multi-passenger PNRs.

For a revalidation: Make the revalidation entry to revalidate the ticket (TTP/ETRV/L10/S5-6/E3-4). Make the normal issuance entry to issue the Penalty TSM, if there is one (TTM). You cannot make the combined ticketing entry for a revalidation.

Reissue and Revalidation Steps Here is an example of an e-ticket reissue/revalidation with a Best Pricer confirmed pricing entry (FXO). For additional information and examples, enter HE STEPS in the Amadeus distribution system. 1. Retrieve the original PNR: RT YE95CC 2. Rebook the itinerary: SS1C2 3. Cancel the old flight segment and delete the old TST, if needed:

XE2 and TTE/T1 4. Reprice the itinerary with, for example, the Amadeus Ticket Changer

Best Pricer confirmed pricing entry: FXO 5. For a reissue, you can display the Residual Value TSM, if any: TQM/M2 6. Redisplay the PNR and cancel the old form of payment of the old ticket:

RT and XE11 7. For a reissue, enter the old form of payment for the new ticket, and the

old form of payment for the Residual Value TSM, if there is one: FPO/CASH (new ticket)

    4/FPO/CASH (Residual Value TSM-M) or TMI/M1/FP-O/CASH (Residual Value TSM-P)

Note: If the reissue results in an additional collection, you must enter the old and the new form of payment for the new ticket (example: FPO/CASH+/CASH).

    8. For a reissue, display the e-ticket record of the original ticket (TWD) and issue the new e-ticket and the Residual Value TSM:

TTP and TTM or TTP/TTM (combined entry - mandatory for EMDs)

    9. For a revalidation, just enter the form of payment of the Penalty TSM, if there is one, and revalidate the ticket:

5/FPCASH or TMI/M1/FP-CASH and TTP/ETRV/L10/S5-6/E3-4 10. Issue the Penalty TSM, if there is one: TTM

Note: You cannot use the combined ticketing entry (TTP/TTM) for a revalidation.

Using Global Netting Amadeus Ticket Changer Global Netting is a calculation feature that nets values across fares, taxes and penalties to reduce the number of miscellaneous documents issued, resulting in a single refund or a single additional collection. There are two levels of compensation: Netting between fares and taxes, and Global Netting between fares, taxes and penalties. Netting functionality uses standard repricing entries to reprice your itinerary (FXQ, FXF, FXE, FXO). Note: For BA and QF agents, use the following: FXQ/RVD. In the case of

a refund, this generates an FO line with the residual value amount instead of a Residual Value TSM.

A netting reissue TST shows taxes in greater detail: old taxes (flagged O), new taxes (flagged X), refundable taxes (flagged Q) as well as new paid taxes (flagged G), and Used/Compensated taxes (flagged U). Global Netting is airline specific. If you want to use this functionality, contact your local account manager.
