Water leaks can be notoriously difficult to detect.

Even if a leaking water pipe is noticed, the cost

and disruption associated with locating the

source can be considerable. Too often walls and

floors are unnecessarily damaged and even then

there is no guarantee that the leak will be found.

For a fraction of the cost incurred by using

traditional destructive methods, our water leak

detection service not only speeds up the

Thermal imaging is one of the easiest and

quickest methods to detect energy waste,

moisture and electrical issues in the

general building fabric.An infrared camera

shows exactly where the problems are and

help focus the attention allowing you to

properly diagnose areas with energy losswithout invasive means.

Thermal Imaging can clearly show you

where your heat is being lost. It locates cold

air leaks, water leaks and poorly insulated

areas. It shows exactly where insulation is thinor non-existent so you can target these areas

and in turn reduce your bills.

Thermal Imaging is an extremely cost effective

technique for evaluating the integrity of a wide range

of roof systems.

Surface damage to the outer membrane will cause

water to be absorbed into sub-surface insulation

layers and can result in major structural damage or at

the very least deterioration to any structure near theleak location.

A Thermal Imaging survey will quickly locate any

area where moisture is retained or trapped. Knowing

the exact location of the trapped moisture will allow

for an accurate decision to be made regarding the

remedial repairs necessary.

Pinpointing these areas with an infrared camera will

save on un-necessary repairs to other parts of the

roof and will also help extend the life cycle of the

roof.

and thermal imaging to locate moisture that may

not be visible or may be hidden behind walls or

cabinets, ensuring that all wet materials are dry.

We also use data loggers to monitor the ongoing

drying out process.

As part of our comprehensive service, we carry

out water damage repairs to the building fabric

and use water extraction units, air movement

units, dehumidifiers, and monitor temperature

control to dry out your property in a timely

manner preventing costly secondary damage

such as mould, mildew, damp and odour issues.
