Kaitlin Commins: Business Development Manager, Barnardos Australia

After completing a degree in Economics and Politics at the University of Sydney, it quickly became clear to Kaitlin that her passions lay with people and not spreadsheets. She sought a role in the Not for Profit sector, beginning in the Barnardos Donor Data team.

Geoff Rush: Partner, Management Consulting, KPMG Australia

Geoff is a Financial Services Partner in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice based in Melbourne, Australia.

Geoff works with leading retail banks around the world to reimagine their customers’ experiences and implement changes that improve engagement and drive top and bottom line performance.

During his career, Geoff has held leadership roles in Banking Operations, Credit Cards and Finance.

Selina Rose Walker: Barnardos Mother of the Year (ACT)

Selina is one of the first people called when there is an indigenous child at risk of needing foster care. She has great strength and dedication to all tasks she takes on and selflessly gives up her time to children in need.

Jeannie Dyson: Alliance Manager, Bridges & Associates

Jeannie has a Bachelor of Business Degree, Diploma of Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. She has worked the last 10 years with Bridges Financial Services coordinating a team of financial planners, managing Bridges relationships with Credit Unions as well as co-ordinating marketing initiatives and reporting on the individual businesses KPI’s.

Jeannie is passionate about the Mutual movement having been involved for many years and is a big believer in educating people on financial matters.

Melina Morrison: Chief Executive Officer, Business Council of Co-operatives & Mutuals

Melina has commissioned and co-written the co-operative sector’s first national mapping reports and is called on to provide strategic advice and policy ideas on developing the sector. She is an advocate for all forms of co-operatively owned enterprise often appearing as a spokesperson.

Allison Orr: Operations Manager,Per Capita Australia

Allison is the Manager of Research and Operations at Per Capita, an independent public policy think tank.

She has a Bachelor of Music, a Master of Arts, and a PhD in Political Science, focusing on political language in the digital age.

David Jay: Chief Executive Officer, Australian Settlements Limited

David has over 25 years experience in Banking and Finance (both domestic and international), having held senior roles with the Commonwealth Bank, AMP, the Sydney Futures Exchange, Coal Services and Henry Walker Eltin Limited.

David holds an MBA and is a Fellow of CPA Australia, of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and of the Australasian Mutuals Institute. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Internal Auditors. David is also a Director of the Australian Payments Clearing Association (APCA) and eftpos Australia.

Cynthia Payne: Chief Executive Officer, SummitCare (Australia)

SummitCare is a NSW based provider of residential and in home services. The organisation currently serves 1200 older Australians everyday across 9 locations and has three significant developments in the pipeline totalling 160M in capital.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Nursing, an MBA and is a certified practitioner by Kaplan & Norton for balanced scorecard and strategy execution. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 hours RYT) for Level 2 Practice. She is a MAIM, MAICD, MCN and also a Member with Women On Boards.

Robyn Moore: Keynote Speaker, ICMI Speakers & Entertainers
