Alumni Welcome “Toast” Purpose On April 12, 2014, Western Michigan University's Of!ce of Development and Alumni Relations will hold an Alumni Welcome Celebratory Toast at Bell's Eccentric Cafe to congratulate all new graduates and introduce them to the MyWMU Alumni Family. As new alumni, this group is invited to join in with their graduating class to toast their many accomplishments and to get acquainted with the Of!ce of Development and Alumni Relations' staff and purpose at WMU. Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union has graciously agreed to sponsor the inaugural celebration and can expect a presence on promotional signage and materials, including those used on the day of the event. This celebration is expected to draw up to 325 graduating seniors, with promotions reaching thousands of future graduates.

Sponsorship Promotion: Pre-event •  Logo and company links will appear on the of!cial registration page

(MyWMU.com/toast) — Site Avg. 3,800 impressions/week

•  Logo and company links will appear on all email communication (initial, follow-

up, and con!rmation) — 4,500 impressions

•  Logo will appear on campus "yers — 1,000 !yers around campus

•  Sponsor recognition will be provided on all targeted Facebook advertisements

•  Sponsor recognition will be provided through MyWMU social media posts —

6,000 Followers via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Snapchat

•  Sponsor recognition will be included in all media releases distributed to the

student media group: Western Herald (newspaper) and WIDR (radio station)

Sponsorship Promotion – Event •  Acknowledgement from the podium

•  An opportunity to make brief remarks from the podium

•  Provide the of!cial congratulatory toast at 2 p.m.

•  Display free-standing banners at the venue
