From the absolute joy of being with over 25 sisters last July who honored me as I received the St. Lawrence Academy Medal at Reunion Weekend and participating in the Relay For Life, to working through issues with the actives regarding their financial status, furnace and water issues, the anticipation (and work put into providing data) of the Greek Life Task Force report, the emotions ran the gamut.

I am extremely grateful to my fellow E Board officers and the privilege of working with such a deep and dedicated talent pool of alumni who gave of themselves unselfishly during the past year. Without their support, and willingness to commit, none of our accomplishments would have been possible.

We were very involved with giving input and feedback to the Greek Life Task Force, and awaited their final report with trepidation, unsure if Greek life at SUNY Potsdam would cease to exist, or, if not, what would it look like after the GTF made their findings known. Not only wanting to keep apprised of the situation due to my position as ODPAA Vice President, but also as a member of the Greek Alumni Council (GAC) I was particularly interested in this. Now that the GTF has made their findings known, it is clear that much work lies before us, especially from the Greek Alumni perspective and I am certain this will be a major issue with which we deal as the recommendations turn to action in the coming months. I cannot stress enough how fortunate Omega is to have an Alumni Association already in place as these issues are dealt with. We are light years ahead of other houses in that regard.CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES:I assisted the President in the performance of her duties to the ODPAA this year through attendance at all meetings (often taking minutes) as well as weekly phone calls with her to keep apprised of the latest with the House, the Association, the GTF, and GAC and any other issues that might arise, and any other tasks she needed assistance with.Constitution Updates were delegated to a new Committee chaired by Anne Marie Barletta (see separate agenda item)ADDITIONAL TASKS:Frequent contact with the Active House through text, email, phone calls, and in personSecured Townhouse accommodations for Alumni WeekendCoordinated Alumni WeekendContinuing to seek a vendor willing to take on the Blazer ProjectTraveled to Potsdam 5 times for the benefit of GAC, ODPAA, and/or the Active House, sometimes with short noticeAs always, I serve at the pleasure of My Sisters.Respectfully Submitted,Lois J Little ODPAA Vice President

Historians Report Terry KinstreyOmega SongbookThis year's project was the compilation of the songs of Omega Delta Phi. It was found that the words to our beloved songs were changing, as they often do when things are passed down in an oral history. To keep the words the way they were intended, we needed to write them down and have an official document made. I compiled as many songs as I could find that were written down or remembered.

Then an Omega Song Book was made and printed. I also kept a copy on the zip drive for future additions, changes, and reprints.

It was also decided that a recording should be made so future Omegas' would know the melody and tempo of our precious songs.

We decided to meet during Friday afternoon of alumni weekend and make this recording at Crane using the voices of Omega women.

For a small donation, we got permission to use Crane's recording lab and with Rob Zolner's recording expertise, we were able to make this recording.
