SCAFFOLDING AND ALTERNATIVE ACCESSAltrad Services is a supplier of scaffolding andalternative access services to both on andoffshore environments and a full range ofindustrial sectors. The company uses its ownaccess equipment, all manufactured tointernationally recognised standards for safetyand reliability.With over 6,000 tonnes of access equipment,Altrad Services holds one of the largest stocksof access equipment in Australia. Serviceexcellence is about more than just equipment.Our access teams are the best in the industryand constantly come up with new, innovative

and more cost-effective access solutions. Thisbrings significant time and cost savings to ourclients, while at the same time increasing levelsof safety. It also means we can meet the supplyneeds of any project, in any location.

IN-HOUSE DESIGN EXPERTISEAltrad Services' highly qualified engineers willdraw up design schemes specific to each projectand to each client's own safety standards, all inaccordance with international requirements. Ourintelligent systems provide safe and highlyflexible workface access. Where



required, they can be designed for accesssystems, reducing site congestion as well asremoval and replacement downtime.

ROPE ACCESSAltrad Services has developed unrivalledexpertise in rope access and abseilingtechniques - both on and offshore. We canprovide everything a customer needs toundertake work in the most restrictive areas.The systems we use are quick to mobilise andde-mobilise, reducing labour costs by up to 30%and offer a safe, flexible and cost-effectivealternative to traditional access methods. Weprovide a variety of inspection, installation,repair and maintenance services includingarchitectural remedial work,structural/mechanical repairs, welding and boiler-making, wear plate change-out, corrosionprotection, insulation, blasting, equipmentrecovery and industrial cleaning. Altrad Services Ropes Access division is one ofthe largest provider of Ropes Access servicesacross Australia with over 100 techniciansengaged permanently and a labour pool inexcess of 400 nationally.The organisation has full company membershipof IRATA, the international industry standard inrope access services. INSULATIONAltrad Services has over 50 years' experienceproviding insulation services across the globe.We offer the full scope of insulation services andcan manage the entire process, from fabricationto supply, installation and maintenance.Insulation types include thermal, acoustic,cryogenic (including live line cryogenic), fire

COATINGSAltrad Services provides a complete range ofspecialist coatings and fireproofing servicesacross a variety of structures in LNG plants,petrochemical plants, refineries, power stations,process plants, marine / ship fabrication yardsand offshore installations. We provide surfaceprotection and the application of coatings toprevent corrosion of bare surfaces or those tobe insulated and clad.

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING Altrad Services offers Industrial cleaning usingmodern, well-equipped vehicles and equipmentincluding vacuum loading trucks, online vesselcleaning units, heat exchanger cleaningequipment, high & ultra-high pressure blastingequipment. Our highly specialised team canundertake a wide range of cleaning services,including vacuum loading, controlled wasteremoval, high and ultra-high pressure waterjetting, pipe descaling, internal tank cleaning,and online vessel cleaning and de-sanding.

TRAININGAltrad Services maintains Registered TrainingOrganisation status, to provide training andassessment services for Worksafe Accreditedand High Risk Licences for a variety of skills,including scaffolding, confined space entry,working at heights, dogging, rigging, safetyawareness training, IRATA rope access,asbestos removal.
