Just a practicing mariner who has been to sea, but I know a

rotter when I see one

Word demands for vast quantities of everything imaginable

Need ever bigger vessels, and many more smaller ones to

“feed” them

Ships burn fuel – a lot of fuel – bad fuel

Shipping is already causing massive environmental damage
