Alta’s proposed Reading Program: We would like to reach out to the community and

establish a working model for retired community members to work 1:1 with students as a way to promote good reading and positive reading habits. This program would run 3-4 days a week and would service between 20-40 students in 20 min. intervals during the students universal access time or their designated drop everything and read time “DEAR”
