minimum of 6 units per style per colour· All orders are subject to availability of stock and

minimums where stated· All indent orders will be confirmed by order confirmation· Discrepancies with order confirmation details must be

notified within 14 days of receipt of order confirmation SHIPPING:· Goods delivered at any time during the indented month will

be consider to be delivered on time· Orders, regardless of order value, will be subject to a

freight charge by weight· Discrepancies with order deliveries, including faulty

product, must be notified within 7 days of recipet delivery CANCELLATIONS:· Adjustments to orders will be accepted prior to our sell

window cut off· Orders can only be cancelled 30 days or more prior to

selected delivery months for indent orders

PAYMENTS:· Monza Imports trading terms after account approval are 30

days from statement· Any account which exceeds 45 days will be placed on

stop ship, with forward orders risking partial shipment or cancellation

· Amounts beyond our trading terms risk being placed into the hands of our credit collections agency. The additional costs of this service will be payable by the account.

REFUNDS:· Returned goods will NOT be accepted unless accompanied

by a “Return Authorization Number”· Returned goods must be returned in the same condition

as they were delivered or they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost
