RE: Call for Nominations
Dear Brother,
The Nominations Committee for the 69th National Convention would like to announce
that nominations are open for the Alpha Rho Chi National Convention, which will be held in
Charlotte, North Carolina from March 17th through March 19th.
There are two Grand Council positions open for nomination and election: Worthy Grand Architect and Worthy Grand Scribe. In addition, nominations are open for
Convention President and Convention Secretary. Duties for these positions are
enclosed.
If you have the ambition and ability to fulfill any of these positions, or would like to
nominate someone to any one of these positions, please contact one of the members of the
Nominations Committee listed below. Please include the person’s full name, address, phone
number and email address. The Nominations Committee will then notify the nominee of his or
her nomination.
Please note that it is highly recommended that any Grand Council nominee attend the
National Convention, but attendance is not required for election for Grand Council Office.
All nominees can expect to receive a package of information that needs to be completed
prior to the opening of convention. Therefore, please notify the committee of your nominations
no later than March 12th, 2016. Nominations will still be accepted up until the time of elections
as anyone may run from the floor.
