Moana - In ages past Maui (Dwayne Johnson) accidentally sets a curse upon the islands. As the curse reaches her people's land Moana (Auli'i Cravalho) must seek out Maui so that together they can travel the sea to try and restore the islands. As they learn about each other they start to see that their �rst impressions were wrong. This unlikely pair will need to work together

if they have have any hope of defeating Te Ka. Can they �x the world? Will our heroes learn how to be even better people? This feels like an old school Disney movie. The silly creatures, lovable characters, and catchy songs will take you on a new, yet familiar, ride. This movie has a few scenes which will probably frighten young children so parents should be aware of that. If you are a fan of Disney movies then you will love this one. It is gorgeously animated and the music/acting is tremendous. The story is engaging and emotional and parents will love it as much as their children. Rated PG for peril, some scary images and brief thematic elements. Overall I give it a 4.5 out of 5 tickets.

Allied - Max Vatan (Brad Pitt) is an intelligence o�cer for the allied forces, in 1942 he is assigned a mission to go behind enemy lines in North Africa to rendezvous with a French Resistance �ghter named Marianne Beauséjour (Marion Cotillard). Their cover is that of a French married couple who have been apart for some time, their mission is to assassinate a local political leader who is

sympathetic to the Third Reich and several German military o�cers. Having never met before this mission both Max and Marianne must quickly familiarize themselves with each other without revealing their true identities to the enemy. From their �rst meeting a romance is born and so are lies, betrayal, and treachery. How will it all end, will the truth be exposed, and most of all how far is a person willing to go to save the one they love? Allied was directed by Robert Zemeckis, it is a rated R drama that contains sex and violence, overall Allied is an enjoyable love story with intrigue and mystery, however being a spy thriller that takes place during World War II I was hoping for a little more action. Allied is worth a view and would make an enjoyable afternoon or evening out for two.
