We are pleased to inform that the 3rd Interim Cash Dividend Warrants (D-35) for the yearending December 31, 2017 @ Rs. 1.75 per share (17.50%) have been dispatched to theshareholders through registered post from November 17, 2017 to November 21, 2017. Incase the Dividend Warrant(s) are not received within 7 days of this notice, the concernedshareholders may contact ABL's Share Registrar on the address given below:

Note: Future Dividends to be paid only in Bank Accounts of the shareholders (Mandatory)

Please note that pursuant to the requirement of Section 242 of the Companies Act 2017 andthe Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulation 2017, a listed company is required topay cash dividend to the shareholders only through electronic mode directly into the bankaccounts designated by the shareholders. Thus, it has become mandatory for the shareholdersto provide their bank account detai including name of bank, address of bank branch andInternationa Bank Account Number (IBAN) to receive their cash dividend amount directlyinto their bank accounts instead of receiving it through physical dividend warrants.

Please further note that the above regulations also authorize the company to withholdpayment of dividend in case the shareholders not provide the above information. Therefore,the shareholders are requested to please provide the information pertaining to BankAccount on the "Bank Mandate Form" available on the website of the Company, to yourrespective CDC Participant / CDC nvestor Account Services (in case your shareholding isin Book Entry Form) or to our Share Registrar (in case your sharehoding is in PhysicalForm) at the below mentioned address. In this regard, individual letters/notices are alsobeing sent to all those shareholders who have not yet provided their bank details.
