An Introduction to the CompanyFormed in Abu Dhabi in 2012, Allianz Middle East Ship Management LLC (Allianz-ME) is an leading marine

contractor providing modern offshore support vessels to a variety of industries including Offshore Oil and Gas,

Construction and Logistics, through both ownership and management and operation of a fleet of state-of-the-art

vessels and barges.

MarineAllianz-ME, charters, operates and manages a fully diverse range of Offshore Support Vessels including, Supply

vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs, Utility/Offshore Support Vessel, Self-propelled Jack-up Barges, Safety Standby

vessels and Crew Boats. All vessels are built to IMO requirements and are classed by Bureau VERITAS. The

Company maintains a DOCUMENT OF COMPLIANCE' and each vessel maintains a 'SAFETY MANAGEMENT

CERTIFICATE' as required under IMO's ISM requirements. The Company maintains a certified QHSE Integrated

Management System in which all Marine activities are in compliance with requirements of ISO 9001:2008,

14001:2004, 18001:2007 & ISM code 2014.

Marine Supply and LogisticsAllianz-ME provides ultimate support to the marine industry by acting as the eyes and hands of vessel owners, ship

Offshore LogisticsAllianz-ME Supply and Logistics is a full service marine transportation and logistics company providing vessels

and logistical support for industries across the globe.

Allianz-ME currently manage numerous vessels of every specification across the Arabian Gulf encompassing

deep water supply and crew boats and mini supply boats within its large fleet. In addition to supplying and

managing vessels, we can provide experienced personnel to provide logistical support to customers as required,

ranging from project start-up support to full project logistics management.

Commission: Module TransportationCurrently Allianz is providing a total marine logistics solution to Petrofac for their Upper ZAKUM 750

Islands Surface Facilities Project EPC-2 award. Eventually Allianz’s total marine commitment for the

project will build to a total of twelve marine units, ranging from main towing tugs, assisting tugs,

barges, landing craft, through to a crew boat. Shipments are being arranged and collected from

locations within the UAE and Oman. In total, Allianz will be transporting over 2,000 pieces to the

project. In addition to the physical movements of the marine units, our team of dedicated

profession- als work round to the clock to ensure the intricate planning involved on this dynamic and

high profile project is seamlessly managed, often assisting in supplying logistical support outside of

the awarded scope to ensure the project’s success.

Commission: Specialised TaskAllianz ME was approached by one of their leading clients to provide an accommodation and house-

keeping solution in a heavily regulated operational oil field area. Within a short period, a suitable unit

was sourced, manned and operated successfully, resulting in four more clients approaching Allianz

for the same service.

Commission: Salvage OperationAllianz is always prepared to take on new operational challenges and was recently requested to

provide vessels and expertise to a local salvage operation in the Mussafah channel.

The task was to retrieve a barge carrying side of well platforms after the barge had broken free and

beached in the shallows.

Our Quality, Health, Safety and environmental policy remains at the heart of Allianz-ME and the stringent imple-

ment of all of these objectives touches every element of our business.

Allianz-ME has developed an integrated QHSE management system that is constantly evolving according to the

needs of our external clients and internal organisation.

Allianz-ME Management System Standards

OHSAS 18001 for the execution of Occupational Health and Safety

ISM for the execution of safety at sea and marine environment protection

IISO 9001 for the execution of quality assurance

ISO 9001 for the execution of quality Assurance

ISPS for the execution of security on vessels

ILO MLC for the execution of crew rights protection

QHSE Achievements During 2015

Approval obtained from ADMA-OPCO, ZADCO, ADGAS & ESNAAD as approved Marine Contractor

During the year, 38 external audits on board the vessels have been successfully executed and all vessels recommended for the certifications

Five Company DOC audit has been executed from Flag State and RO and all audits have achieved the targeted objectives

One ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISM code surveillance was carried out on 9th March 2015, with Zero Non-Conformance

Internal Audit has been executed on nine vessels and achieved the appropriate result as per the targeted objectives

During 2015, Full term certification Audits were been executed by RO on seven vessels and all have been recommended for the full-term certificates which include, SMC, ISSC & ILO MLC

No LTI recorded. 100% achieved

HSE Observations & Near Miss Reporting Throughout 2015 we offered a number of incentive programmes to encourage reporting on our Marine units and

facilities. These programs were extremely successful and have led to an increase in the number of reports being

submitted.

Management Visits, SE Inspections & Internal AuditsThroughout 2015 we aimed to increase managerial presence on our Marine units with a number of senior manage-

ment visits made to both offshore and regular site.

HSE Inspections of the vessels have been made at intervals to help maintain a good standard of practical safety

on board. One of our KPI’s for 2015 was to maintain a certain interval of offshore inspections on our vessels. For

2016 our KPI’s are again involving another increase in the amount of visits to vessels offshore for inspections,

audits or just promoting general HSE Issues.

Company QHSE Initiatives

Employee of the MonthEvery month during 2015 we awarded Allianz-ME employees with a gift for excellence in HSE performance based

on criteria such as best near miss report, outstanding HSE awareness or excellent teamwork. This program is

continuing in 2016 as it has improved moral and commitment to HSE for all our employees onshore and offshore.

1st Quarter – Housekeeping CampaignThe housekeeping campaign was kicked off with a company black bag day in our Marine Unites where all the

employees and managers went out on the vessel for the day to collect rubbish and tidy up the work areas.

2nd Quarter – Heat Stress Campaign For the heat stress campaign we carried out awareness sessions with our employees to familiarise them with the

dangers of working in high temperatures. We also supplied promotional items such as thermos flasks for carrying

water and headgear for sun protection

3rd Quarter – HSE Observation & Near Miss Reporting CampaignWe strived to increase awareness about the importance of reporting any Health Safety or Environmental

“occurrences”. This was achieved using incentives such as phone cards and end of month prizes on our vessels

and onshore. During this period we saw a substantial push in the number of report cards being received, often

from individuals who were reporting large numbers compared to others reporting none. In 2016 our aim is to

encourage people not so keen on reporting to step forward and raise report cards.

4rd Quarter – Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE) CampaignThe Personal Protective equipment's (PPE) Campaign was carried out on marine unites with the company

Managers, All crew were familiarised and/or made aware on the usage of PPE’s.
