Fresh, local ingredients, inventive seasonal menus, and a well-curated wine list featuring the best wines from over 200 Central Coast wineries have made Allegretto’s Cello Ristorante and Bar a destination for both foodies and wine-lovers. Your guests will revel in our Executive Chef ’s creative South Asian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, comprised of organic fruits, vegetables and meats obtained from area farmers and ranchers, and from Allegretto’s own vineyard, garden and orchards.

Cello offers 1,871 square feet of casually elegant indoor and outdoor dining space, and is well-equipped to cater breakfasts, lunches and dinners for up to 350 people at events held throughout the resort.

The Cello Bar is a wonderful place to

sample and savor Allegretto’s many

artfully blended wines, as well as great

wines from throughout the region.

Seasonal hand-crafted cocktails and

locally sourced microbrews are also

available. Fridays and Saturdays the bar

offers delightful noshes, such as wood-

fired flatbread, charcuterie planks, house

cured olives and artisanal local cheeses.

Allegretto offers discounted room rates for groups of 10 or more. Rates are subject to availability and may vary according to seasons.

Event Pricing Event costs vary based on the venue selected, menu items requested, and the time and date of the event. Upon sharing your desired event details with us, we can provide you with estimates and options that best match your plans and budget.

Deposits and Payments In order to hold the date for your event, you must submit a deposit and a signed contract. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your event, which must be paid in full the day of the event. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Events without RoomsAll of our event spaces are available for hosting events without booking guest rooms or suites.

Catering and Custom Menu Our culinary team will work with you to plan the best menu for your event. We offer a variety of delectable banquet menu selections; however, you are also welcome to collaborate with our chefs to create a custom menu.

Audiovisual (AV) Equipment To ensure your presentations are perfect, we offer our state-of-the-art video conferencing and AV equipment to meet your technology needs. We also provide complimentary WiFi throughout the resort and feature blackout drapes for windows in our meeting rooms. For more elaborate AV needs, our Conference Concierge is happy to recommend trusted local vendors.

Conference Concierge and Event Planning Our concierge and in-house event planners are available to help ensure your next event is a success. We can assist you with a variety of event needs such as managing set-ups, timelines and vendors, making arrangements, planning menus, accommodating specific guest needs, and more. to explore. The Fontainebleau Pool has private cabanas, as well as food and
