All Saints’ Back-to-School Parent Checklist Parents, are you ready for school?

Please take some time to review the following checklist so that you

and your child(ren) are ready for a successful school year. As always,

Virtual Orientation Day is Monday, August 24

First day of school is Tuesday, August 25th

Drop-off 7:30-8:10 am: please note we will be taking temperatures of all students as they arrive. To reduce

exposure, we will not be allowing parents to bring their students into the school. Thank you for your patience.

Purchase your child’s school uniforms https://www.allsaintsric.org/parents/uniforms/ Students should

wear school uniforms starting the first day of school (Aug 25)—including all live zoom students. Students

should wear PE uniforms on their assigned day beginning Aug 31. Homeroom teachers will communicate

assigned PE days at orientation. Purchase your child’s PE Uniform:

o All Saints has a used uniform closet at the school from which you can purchased discounted

Virtual Students - Textbooks/Chromebooks pick up: Based on your survey response, if you have decided to go virtual to start this year, you may pick up your textbooks & Chromebooks from the school gym between 8am-4pm, Friday, Aug 21 or Monday, Aug 24. Please come to the carline pick up area. When you arrive, if no one else is outside, please call the office at 804.329.7524 to have a staff member come out to your car to collect your items.

In-person Students: please have students bring as many of their personal school items, as possible, with them the first day of school, Aug 25. Drop-off any additional supplies/community supplies in the carline pick up area on Friday, Aug 21, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday, Aug 24, 8 am - 4 pm or Tuesday, Aug 25. Please bag and label the supplies with the student's name and grade. When you arrive, if no one else is outside, please call the office at 804.329.7524 to have a staff member come out to your car to collect your items.

School Masks – In-person students: please wear your own mask the first day of school. Each in-person student will be issued 5 masks on the first day. The masks are two-ply, 100% cotton, tight weave. They are pleated with elastic ear straps. They are pre-washed, bagged, and include washing instructions.

In-person students will need to bring a lunch to school. There is no lunch service or after school snacks

sold. Please send a lunch and appropriate snack. Please also send a refillable water bottle as the water

faucets will not be available other than to refill bottles. Please note: no outside lunches will be accepted.

After-school program (ASP): If your child will attend ASP, please complete the student data form at https://www.allsaintsric.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Student-Data-After-School-Form-2020-21.pdf

and email to wcoleman@allsaintsric.org or send with your child on the first day of school. Our after school program is certified through the Virginia Department of Social Services and student data forms are a must for program compliance.
