All of us are busy year-round, and the to-do list only grows during the holiday season. The Staff Apprecia,on Fund enables parents to celebrate teachers and staff alike without having to source yet another World’s Best Teacher mug. It lets ISDenver parents express their apprecia’on to every staff member – teachers, administra.ve staff, lunch staff, before & a"er-care staff, maintenance...EVERYONE! Best of all, it is easy:simply send a monetary contribu)on via FACTS/RenWeb or drop off a cheque to the Welcome Center , along with a personal message from your family. Before the December break, a group of volunteer elves will collect, sort, package, and deliver the monetary gi,s and messages to each staff member. HOW IT WORKS: Make a contribu!on via your ISD FACTS/RenWeb account using Chrome: • Log into RenWeb (district code ISD-CO) • Click “Family Informa1on” on the le6 • Click “Family Billing” • Look for “PTO – Staff Apprecia,on Fund” and click on “Pay Now” • Enter the total dollar amount of your gi/ • Also, via the FACTS/RenWeb app: >”Family icon” >”Accounting” >”Make a Payment” to “PTO Faculty 2018-19” Contribu)ons can also be dropped in the SAF collec%on box in the Welcome Center, the Kimak Building or in the Gym at after-care pick-up: • Checks and cash are accepted. Checks should be made out to "ISD PTO" • Please remember to write “Holiday Gi+” in the memo line Send a personal message to staff members and your teachers: • Your Room Parents will send you a link to the SAF online form – Use the form to share a message with a faculty/staff member, or • Fill out and decorate a SAF message card! Drop off the completed message card in the SAF collec%on box in the Welcome Center or in the Gym at a4er-care pick-up • Upper School students can fill out a message card at the display inside the east entrance of the Upper School building Messages and contribu,ons must be received by midnight on Saturday, Dec. 15!
