CLASS 1

Allah swt has the best attributes. He is Al Jabbar! We will learn two things about this

name:

1st Meaning

Al Qahhar or Al Qaahir! - Irresistible.

No one can stop Him or resist Him! Subahanallah! We cannot get angry when

something happens. Because eventually you get angrier and angrier and you start

shouting at this and that. This is of no use. Know that everything has a reason and the

mu’minoon will surely have patience.

Remember that in the land Allah is dealing with you.

Every single thing in the life submits to Allah because no one is capable of stopping

this! And everything in your life should teach you things! Know that even the small

atom submits to Allah’s will!

So the one meaning of Al Jabbar- is where Allah is showing the name Al

Qahhar!

Sometimes we know that our actions or decisions occur because of our emotions for

we cannot control it at times.

E.g.: someone who has a high position at work, they look at his behaviour towards

colleagues and workers etc. imagine if a person is angry all the time, he would always

be angry and making rules, being oppressive to the fellow workers and he will be too

strict. Bet he can be resisted no matter how oppressive and strict he is, he can be

overruled.

So how is Allah Al Qahhar (resistible)?

When you know this you will not accuse or blame others.

1. Who is your family? Who will you marry? How you will look like? All of this

Allah has already chosen for us. This is a decision that Allah made that is good

for us- Ni’ma! Because we might not know what is good for us (we are

humans after all). Allah is al Jabr he forces us to be the way we are the way

we were created for our own good! Subahanallah! Because He knows each

and every one of us and he knows of each and every ones benefit! So this is in

fact a good thing! That He forces us to be this way! Subahanallah! Imagine

about the heavens and the earth how perfectly they were created!

Surah fussilat ayat 11-12

How the heavens and the earth have submitted to Allah swt! Allah created

both and He asked them to come willingly or unwillingly and they came

willingly! Imagine how big and perfect they are, no matter how vast or large

they were they could not resist Allah!

Imagine this is just about the creation of the heavens and the earth. Then how

did Allah create us? How perfect? The organs the heart the ears how perfect!

Subahanallah!

But Allah has mentioned in surah An’ am ayat 61

How Allah is the irresistible over His slaves and whatever He decrees is the

BEST! It is PERFECT!

Surah Imran ayat 83

if you believe in Al Qahhar then you will realize how much we need to submit

our selves to Allah and really not get so worked up for anything!

Story:

In one of the countries there was a doctor who was Jabbar. Because no one in

his town had a doctor he was jabbar and thought himself authority on the

subject of medicine. He was also jabbar in his actions. So what he did? He

said that he cannot treat anybody and that they need to give him money for it.

Even for them to sell something and somehow give him money. And he would

never leave until they paid him. He was that jabbar!

So once he had lots of money he built a beautiful palace. Then he got married

and started to live in the palace thinking he was King. What happened? He got

sick. And then who would look after him? His wife. 1 year. 2 years, 3 years...

he was sick. Until finally his wife took him and locked him with the servant,

for the servant to look after him. And she hardly looked after him, she was

showing bad attitude to him always shouting at him! Finally unable to handle

the doctor, she locked him in the basement because he was paralyzed.

So see ultimately, in the end who was the Jabbar? Was the doctor Jabbar for

long? Was he able to do anything about his own sickness? Who was Jabbar?

Allah.

CLASS 2

All the creatures, animals, and all of creation are Allah’s servants! All submitting to

Him! When we talk about submission it can be either willingly or unwillingly. As

seen in Surah Imran ayat 83

Some people willingly or unwillingly submit to Allah. When we say unwillingly we

mean- to what ever Allah has decreed for His slave, all people submit to that. To any

human being where they are of belief or not, they still submit to Allah by his general

decree.

But when the believer knows Allah through the name Al Jabbar- he really changes his

attitude towards everything and everyone!

Al Jabbar will first help you solve any emotional problem. Some people when struck

with a problem they ask- why me? Why me? But little do they know that most of their

problems come when they DON’T know Al Jabbar!!! If it were a true believer what

will he do in this case? He will have tawakkul in Allah and will not get upset!

Even when you tell your child and u are teaching/ preaching to them the religion, not

all of them listen and not all of them are attentive. And this will make u depressed and

worried and sad. Imagine! Just leave it to Allah! Their guidance is NOT in your

hands! Whatever wills or happens is from Allah and it happens from His perfect

wisdom! Be POSITIVE!!! Because whatever happens know that it happened from

Allah.

Allah is praise worthy and we need to PRAISE HIM for all HIS actions- GOOD OR

BAD!!!!

Whether it is unfinished houses, unsatisfactory husbands or unhelpful children.

PRAISE ALLAH FOR IT! For he knows what is good for you and all of it came from

him!

Imagine whatever you are doing, good deeds or anything it can not only benefit you

but maybe others (kids who watch parents doing good deeds also naturally want to

follow their parents and help others also).

When you look at how Allah has set the laws and legislations we see how Allah is Al

Qahhar and Al Jabbar! Subahanallah!

On Yawmul Qiyama, the first thing Allah will ask you is about your salah. Allah did

not force you to do your salah but he made it obligatory on every believer. This was

his way of being jabbar! And his being jabbar is beneficial for us when? Yawmul

Qiyama!

Allah didn’t force his slave to be a Muslim or kuffar. Salah is obligatory but Allah did

not force us to do it. So likewise not everyone was forced to follow Islam. But Allah

made the religion CLEAR! Clear in ever y way and see how Allah is Al Jabbar in His

legislation! But still he didn’t Force creation to believe or not. It was given as a

choice.

He didn’t force any one of creation. Why? Though he is able to do ANYTHING (for

he has the power to MAKE anyone a believer or disbeliever), He didn’t do so.

Imagine. If everyone went to heaven will u be able to see their level of iman? If it

were so you wouldn’t appreciate the Guidance!

So see how Allah has decreed for us to be like this because it is good for us! Not all

are on the same level when it comes to iman, so to be fait Allah gave us the choice to

decide on whether to believe or not.

Allah made submission to Him CLEAR but he didn’t force anyone!

Surah Baqarah ayat 256

Surah Kahf ayat 29

But look at people. They give excuses saying that Allah has forced them to wear

hijaab and pray etc. whereas others say that Allah has decreed for me NOT to wear

hijaab because he is al Jabbar!

But this is our own choice! It was your decision! Allah never forced you!

Sahih Al Bukhari 6520

Where in the Day of Judgment ALL of creation will be in the HANDS of AL

JABBAR!

Impact of Al Jabbar/Al Qahhar

� It changes your emotions and problems. E.g.: when you look at things that

are great and huge (like when you look at large mountains or Niagara Falls or

the Grand Canyon or any other thing in nature that is truly beyond our ability

to create), you are amazed at its structure and when you know the name Al

Jabbar this makes u realize how Allah’s greatness is and how insignificant we

are in comparison. Don’t focus on the thing that is great but on who created

that thing! When you do this you automatically humble and submit to Allah!

But sometimes we do this with humans! Where we are afraid of people

because of their personalities. Because they are difficult but you still have to

live with them. Imagine in this situation how can you solve this problem?

Know that Allah is the only one who is irresistible and how can we have fear

for humans? Who is the owner of the heart? So we can’t fear humans but we

need to simply fear Allah!

If you have Jabbar in the heart you will automatically submit to Allah and not

get so fearful of difficult people. By fighting with others or by getting

divorced because you are always fighting etc. how can you? What makes you

satisfied? When you know Allah is al jabbar!

LEAVE IT FOR ALLAH AND HE WILL HANDLE IT

Even if someone oppresses you and you want to take your rights but the way

to getting your rights is not easy (i.e.: you have to go through a lawyer and go

to courts and it’s expensive and a lot of time will go to do it), know that Allah

is al jabbar and he will give you your rights. You simply need to have hope

when you know him by this name!

CLASS 3

Allah is Al Jabbar (Al Qahhar)

Allah gave u the choice to choose your aakhira. Whether u want to be a righteous

person or not, Muslim or not, do good deeds or not. Though Allah can guide everyone

and put all into Jannah, u will not find out whether or not the person really deserves to

go to Jannah or not.

Impact of name Al Jabbar (Al Qahhar)

• Whatever u see of Allah’s creation (people who are so strong that resemble

things that are jabber- strong people who make u afraid or very large buildings

etc) and u are afraid of these things or people.

You have an imbalance in ur life because you give that attribute of al jabber to the

people or building or nature. Humans are more scared of people jabber than the

REAL Jabbar! Subahanallah this is only a human slave like u.

Imam maalik ( rali) was sitting in a masjid, and then who came- a khalifa. And

everyone was scared. And everyone stood up except imam maalik who intended

to stand but sat instead.. And everyone was shocked as to why he was sitting.

Then he said: that he intended to stand but then he remembered a verse from the

Quran and said: in the day everyone will stand in front of the Lord of Creation on

the day of judgement.

See how straight away he thought of that and it became worship of the heart

because he remembered who was the one worthy of being stood for and who was

true jabbar.

We must be humble towards Allah. Even the prayer we have to remember Al

Jabbar. We cannot be afraid of humans. Especially when someone is so powerful

people think he is jabber. But we need to remove all this from our hearts. When

there r people who are unjust and unfair oppressing all the time doing bad, people

ask why is he there why is he doing this to us why is he ruling over us. But it is

what Allah has willed to happen. When someone is always having bad manners

and is really unjust. Imagine when it is her husband and he prevents her from

going here and there and is being oppressive towards her and she goes to her

family and complains. Know that you cannot complain because Allah is al jabber

and he has kept for us what he willed.

Firaun claimed to the people that he was the king and the lord and to worship him.

He was a jabber treating people badly and oppressing them but look at his end!

How did he die? He drowned. Allah knew how to deal with Firaun.

Look at Yusuf Alai. His brothers put him into a well. They were jabber and gave

their brother such a lot of trouble. and then later on much later the brothers came

to Yusuf. Allah is jabber he will take care of anyone who is jabber.

Ibrahim Alai. They wanted him to take clothes off and jump into fire. But Allah is

jabber and he could have made a rain and stopped the fire but instead he spoke to

the fire and asked it to be cool.

Even for Yusuf Alai how many people plotted against him, but Allah was al

jabber and everyone believed in Yusuf in the end.

Imagine if u will see like someone is al jabber in the life, Subahanallah, how will

u deal with him?

Like maybe husband, ruler, boss…

What do you need to do?

Take for example a school, where we have problem with principal. You are

always talking about the principal. Break time also talking about principal. Don’t

do this. Go directly if possible and sort matter. If not be patient.

Ex: husband who is giving trouble. If u talk to him directly he will scream at you

or be very angry. What are u to do? Be patient. Allah swt can change his heart. Be

patient. You cant go fight with him and tell kids your father did this and that. Why

are u making your kids hate their father?

Prophet Sal said: be ulul aml ( those who took responsibility)

When u learn about al jabber Allah swt will make u more patient.

Story: there was one lady where husband commit zinah with maid. And she found

that they had made a video of it. She went one day and told her kids that she had a

new movie, and showed kids the video of husband and maid. And what did

husband do? Commit suicide.

Audhoobillah.

Why is divorce more? Most of the ladies what do they do. Since husband has

changed, look at his mobile look at emails…these are all sins...shaitan came and

whispers.

If everyone understood what we need to d we will live in peace.

If the husband is physically harming her or really abusing her and she fears he will

kill her then divorce is acceptable.

But people don’t really have ulil aml! They just ask for divorce for petty reasons.

Practicing the obedience towards the husband is a must as a Wife!

Surah Ghaafir ayat 35

The one who is jabbar( irresistible)

When u realize u are nothing compared to the jabbar u become humble and don’t

oppress anyone. In the end who gave u these authorities? U didn’t get it on your

own its from Allah as a test for u.

We are test for the husband, for each other, for those below us and above us.

Don’t concern yourself with others, just be patient.

Everyone (believer has to cross sirat) the thin hair, 2 things that can affect

crossing:

• Amanah (your trust, duty, responsibility, towards neighbours, kids, husbands,

sisters, relatives etc. the Amanah will make u slip if u didn’t do it properly. If

everyone did responsibility prop then we can smoothly cross sirat. Ameen.

If someone is jabbar and is stubborn (aleef) and doesn’t want your advice, Allah said

the Naar will take care of this.

CLASS 4

Names of Allah- Al Jabbar

How should your heart go to Allah? It should fly with the love of Allah (swt).

Mankind who has no such love, his life feels meaningless and empty. So the more

love u have ( to love your creator) the more u feel like your life has some meaning.

Today we are going to the future( talking about it)- what place? Day of Judgement.

On that day, after the hisaab etc, everyone will follow their false gods. And then they

will be thrown into the Naar! After that who will remain? Mu’mineen and

mushrikeen. And who will be happy? The mushriks, thinking that they will be saved

and the others god punished.

Then u have to cross sirat. It’s like thin and sharp as a sword, with stones on the side

(which are very sharp) and the rest is darkness. Everyone will b given a light

(according to their knowledge of Allah.)

See how much u know of Allah (swt) it will make your light increase (unlike the

mushriks whose light will be small). So the more u know about Allah (swt). Allah

will give u a real light on the day of judgement when crossing sirat.

Not just in the day of judgement but in this world also

Where everything will be clear to u and u will know how to act and how not to.

So Yaa rabbi give me more light in this life and on that day!

So now inshAllah we will continue our journey.

Al Jabbar.

The first impression u get when u know al Jabbar what do u get? Fear! U get the fear

and u think Al JABBAR! And Al Qahhar! He is the Owner and one deserving of all

Magnification!

People when they are like jabbar and try to boss others and be oppressive. This is

wrong. So by knowing al jabbar it will help u also know how to be jabbar with others

and not transgress your authority because u will know who is the real jabbar over

everyone.

This name – Al Jabbar helps us refine our manners.

So when u force sum1 who will benefit? Know that when Allah is Al Qahhar and he

puts u in a situation, who benefits? Us! We earn thawaab and learn how to be with

others.

When Allah is AL Jabbar and gives us legislations or rues who benefits? Us! So this

is the first goodness and meaning from the name Al Jabbar.

Secondly . from the name Al Jabbar- Lutful Jabbar ( irresistible, gentleness, softness)

Jabara, al Jibra is also called Jabara in Arabic. Like a fraction. Qasr. Broken. Not a

whole number.

We don’t like 1 and a half etc. So Jabr means we have a fraction and where u round it

to get a whole number because we don’t like fractions.

Same we fix it to become a complete whole number.

Jabr- means something is broken so when u say Jabara it means to fix it.

So thts why generally u can use the jabr for anything if there is a shortage or if there is

a lack. So if anything is incomplete or not perfect u can use the jabbar.

• E.g.: a poor person who has no money u make him Jabara- enrich him

• Someone losing u make him Jabara and aid him to win.

So we go closer and see how al jabbar relates to fixing and going from something

incomplete to Jabara.

Al Jabbar means : ANY OF ALLAHS CREATION ( WE SEE AN UNLIMITED

AMOUNT OF CREATION) , they all have different things that are incomplete for

them. I.e.: they don’t have money, they are sick etc.

So when u see that Allah is al jabbar u can relate it to anything: eye , mind, hearing,

hearts etc. who is the one to fix that? Allah!

So this name we need it in the life. See however much a human has he always has

something lacking and how does he fix it? With Al Jabbar.

And Allah doesn’t fix only one person or one thing but all of creation.

Allah is Jaabir. He fixes so many things. People have everything but still they feel

incomplete.

U see the complaints of the people. No one loves me. I do all the good but my

husband has not one word for me etc.

Sometimes we have the need where we want someone to take care of us or we want

someones company. Sometimes we have these feelings. What do we do? We don’t go

to the real jabbar instead we go to the humans.

Either the doctors or friends or husbands.

When people go to the doctors what do u get? Answer= depression and then u get

tablets.

Subahanallah when u look at human beings, we are so attached to this doctor or this

medicine or this person or that person.

This will be a problem especially when you deal with people. Where when someone

hurts u it really affects u. what do u feel when someone tells u something that will

make u sad. Some people are very sensitive. It’s just a small word but it makes a big

impact. And the sister keeps a wound inside her and she says that he/she broke her

heart and cannot forgive him/her, so Subahanallah u see sometimes when u have that

u feel imbalances like u are not secure. Then what do u do?

Go to the beach, get some fresh air hoping it will cure your heart because your heart is

boiling. Because your heart is tied and u want relief.

Sometimes u go to the beach and wonder why Is this lady looking at me etc. and it

makes u angry.

Some people say they want to go to the dessert and shout. What is the point of that?

Some walk around places to tire themselves. Some do whatever they can to simply get

rid of the feeling in their heart…

Even in the house u want to do everything, yallah like this and this etc… whereas

others go to the kitchen and fill their stomachs. Eating to try and forget.

People who are depressed they go to real extremes.

People who go into depression either get overweight or underweight.

Some people what do they do? They want to see someone and talk ….

Then even when u have a fight u expect them to come to u and say sorry and give u a

gift until then you wont talk. Especially between husband and wife. You say – I will

not talk, just leave him.

Now what will happen? In your heart u are thinking – I wish he would come and say

sorry and say nice words.

And he will come and Allah will make him do what u desire- say sorry and gift u etc.

but then u still feel empty. In your heart.

When u want that relief in your heart and the comfort, when your heart is waiting for

a reply from that person , it will cause more problems. Because u are waiting for a

human being to help u and solve the problem. But u didn’t go to al jabbar. The one

who fix’s things, the consoler and the one who makes things better.

So we need to know that Allah is jabbar. Allah is the one who fix’s the lack.

Especially the lacking in our hearts. He is able to fix whatever is lacking.

Especially the heart. We need Allah to fix that.

Sometimes when someone tells u something and then u feel happy and in your heart u

think – oh she’s the one who makes me feel good. Maybe she’s an expert in talking

etc, because u fee attached to her in your heart and your waiting for her feel good

sensation. But know that Allah is the only jabbar and only he can grant your heart

relief from anything.

If something hurts u don’t run to people wondering who can who can etc… run to

Allah. He can fix it for u. why because he is the Owner! He can fix ANYTHING.

This doesn’t mean u don’t ask people to help but this is only the means. The first

thing u do , when u feel something is missing or something is lacking in your life or

heart turn to Allah first.

If he wants to fix the lack in u no one can stop Him!

Al Qahhar- where Allah can fix it by force! Allah is the one who can fix anything by

force and no one can resist Him! And then u say alhamdulillah.

So the more u know the names of Allah swt u will live your life in peace and also u

will feel happy in your life. Real happiness. If someone tells u something u will just

be OKAY! Even that sensitivity will die out.

Especially when u have your cycle- giving birth etc, u feel very angry or whatever, so

that’s why u ask Allah – Ya Rabbi Ya Jabbar Ujburnee Qalbi! (u are asking al

jabbar to fix your heart).

U are asking Allah the jabbar, to fix whatever u are lacking in. to fix everything that is

missing. Who is the one who can fix anything? Allah.

When people oppress u or treat u badly or something really befalls that person and

what must we do? Simply call on Allah by His name Al Jabbar to fix that heart.

So Allah swt when he will fix, He will fix! There is no fixed period or time. When he

knows is the right time and when he feels is best he will fix it. He knows what He is

doing. He has the perfect wisdom. All the ppl when u look around u Subahanallah,

when they are able to fix everything, we tend to run to those ppl. But u should know

Allah swt. When u know that then u say alhamdulillah Allah is jabbar!

Sometimes we go situations in the life and u feel sad and desperate to talk, and when

u see the moment u want to talk to someone- u see that she is busy or not answering

phone. Then when u go one or two days later u feel like u don’t know what to do.

This is happening when Allah wants u to go back to Him! Turn to Him.

Prophet Sal said: the last 3rd

of the night, the king of the kings who rose over the

throne will descend to the lowest heaven and he will ask if there is anyone calling to

Him and asking him anything that even if it is a beggar He will answer you. Anything

in ur life.

It’s ok if u take ppls advice but in your heart u must turn to Allah and call him thru ya

rabbi and u ask Allah to make things better.

Even when u have fights and u feel hurt ( esp. within families) where when u talk to

the person but in your heart u reject them because u r hurt. U must ask Allah – yarabbi

u are the one to remove this from my heart.

Subahanallah! How will Allah fix the matter u want? All of Allah’s actions are

through the means!

Anything Allah (swt) does for you, you have sabr.

E.g.: when u ask Allah for something it will not just suddenly happen but you need to

have sabr. Allah can help u thru the means. Rizkh comes through means. The same

from Jabbar. Anything is lacking, anything, when u call on Allah with al jabbar, He

will reply u thru the means.

E.g.: u call on Allah, n then suddenly someone will call u and tell u a hadeeth or

something good that will help u and make u feel at ease. But don’t think- ah another

time I will call that person and she will make me feel better. But she won’t be able to

do so. Who sent her? Allah! Allah sent her thru the means.

Even the other way around: where u visit someone and u talk to them about al jabbar(

u don’t know about the persons life and what he/she is going thru) but u share the

knowledge u have. But maybe she had a problem where she didn’t turn to Allah. And

after u tell her she knows and turns to Allah.

So which jabbar do u want? Man- the one who is only the means, to console and be

attach to him or Allah- the one who u can rely on and have Jabbar in your heart, to go

to Him to fix your problems.

Don’t u think it s more special? The more u run behind the means don’t u get tired?

When u turn to Allah the means will come to u!

Plus u are getting double bonus: your iman increases more and more and u know

Allah swt!

Every name of Allah swt if u really look at and ponder upon it will push u towards

lailaha illallah! Tawheed!

So no one will guide u expect Allah swt and Allah will bring the jabbar to u! All the

conditions of lailaha illallah will come to mind when u know Allah thru his names.

Allah will bring u the guidance and open the doors and make u happy and give u the

Rizkh and solve all your problems. He is Al Jabbar.

CLASS 5

Al Jabbar

What do u need to do with the blessings (any blessings u get Subahanallah), u need to

have shukr. To be grateful to Allah. The blessings will not be purely good, always

shukr comes with sabr. We need the blessings.

Imagine when ppl are not really thankful and grateful to Allah then he takes away the

blessing. People always complain.

But we must always say alhamdulillah. If u want Allah to increase u in iman, know

that the way to Allah is a straight line but as u go there are obstacles, things that will

try to pull u away...

So we hope that Allah swt will bless us with what we have and to help us keep the

blessing and to be grateful to Allah. Always we need to remember what is our goal

and who is our real enemy and what we need to go.

A lady used to say- when we are with the non believers we are fine btw en we come

to the dars something or the other happens. What is this? Shaitan!

What is the most beautiful thing in our life? The names of Allah swt! As we said- we

know ppl, we know what we need in the lives but we don’t know Allah. That’s why

we are attached to everything in this life.

There is a parable in s. baqarah ayat 17

s. Ibrahim ayat 24-25

So how much u know abt Allah swt. Allah said: A parable is like a palm date and u

have what the roots, the trunk and the branches and the roots. How much if we have

strong roots we can produce branches and we can reach to the sky.

So how do we want our deeds to reach to the sky? By strengthening your roots. Then

it will produce fruits (meaning ur character and behaviour will be formed)

When u know al jabbar it will give u comfort. Last week we talked about the name al

jabbar from what? From Jabara. To Jabr.

Its something to fix what is broken.

So in Allah’s hands is the ability to be jabbar! The one who is JABBAR and who is

jabbar (fixer).

Sometimes we are with things that we don’t like. E.g.: we are married to someone

who for 20-30 yrs never changed. And he’s criticising and telling things. And u are

also the same. And u say- im just sensitive. If he will ask me- why u did this I will be

so sensitive and think why did he say this…etc... Always this woman wants someone

to give r comfort and tell her nice words, but he doesn’t, and she thinks he is careless.

And always she is waiting for her husband to give her jabbar/comfort in her heart.

Thinking that if he changes she will be the happiest in the world.

But this isn’t the case, cuz when he is kind to her and tells her good things, she

distrusts and wonders why did he say that….maybe he is wanting something or maybe

he wants to marry some1 else.

So see we cannot ask for the comfort in our hearts from any1 but Al Jabbar (Allah).

Only He can give u the Jabbar.

No one can be jabbar to u unless Allah decrees it to be.

Sometimes we think- oh this person can open for me that gate and help me, but the

door closes. The ppl cannot b good to u except unless Allah makes it happen. The ppl

cannot harm u unless Allah decrees it.

Allah only makes ppl be bad to us or good to us all is from Allah. So always we need

to turn to Allah swt.

Last week we talked abt the Jabr in the heart. Where something hurt u and some ppl

for years they hold the hurt in their hearts. Not wanting to associate with ppl who

have hurt them. That’s why they said not to hang out with ppl who are negative.

Because they will tell u all the bad things- oh he/she was bad to me he did this she did

that n u are also getting influenced.

This lady who holds the hurt in her heart and refuses to find comfort from some1,

don’t wait. Don’t wait for some1 to give u that comfort. Just run to Al Jabbar!

Because when u do that He will aid u in everything!

When u have anything in ur heart just run to Allah swt...

Believe me when I say- if something hurts u and u wonder how will Allah will give u

the jabbar…Allah will send it to u. either send someone to calm u down or u will read

something.

Ya Jabbar Ujburnee!!!!!!

U will see that Allah will send some1 to u to help u. imagine when this happens what

will u do? Know that he is the means and that Allah has sent u!

Jabbar is for the heart but it is also for anything u are lacking...

When u need help Subahanallah just go to Allah! Or when u cannot memorize, when

u are lacking in ur memory… we u read and u forget…or when u want to pray at night

but u see u have no energy…just turn to Allah!

If u see anything lacking in urself or ur husband or ur children – ANYTHING! U need

to go to AL Jabbar!

Because every1 is having lacking in their life and no one is perfect.

If u r having memory problems and u cannot remember things… u turn to Allah and

then u take ur medicine and vitamins. If he wills it will help u! Imagine it is such an

easy method to fix ANY of ur problems. If anything comes to ur mind and u think of

Allah swt to fix the problem, Allah will bring the means to u! Subahanallah!

Dua is the best and effective means! Don’t look here and there. If u say- oh I don’t

have sugar or rice at home. U don’t think u need to make dua. Sometimes we feel we

have everything, the grocery down the road u can walk n go n get. U think u r so self

sufficient. But prophet Sal said we need to all the time be dependant on Allah! See if

all the time u are hungry and the fridge is full, u need to ask Allah! U cannot think

that just because u have it ur ok! U need to seek it from Allah! Even for the hidaayat u

need to ask Allah.

Even for clothes u should ask him, though u have and everything is fine ALWAYS

ASK JABBAR!!!! Ppl only ask when they are lacking in something! But we must ask

Allah for EVERYTHING.

There is a Sunnah before u sleep, where you have to dust the bed b4 u sleep. Imagine

why r u doing this? What is in ur heart? Are u thinking oh this is a Sunnah but I don’t

really need it? Because ur bed is clean, but u don’t need to dust it but u r just doing.

Or imagine when u are going to a village where there are mosquitoes and its unsafe

then u will take the protection and turn to Allah. But if u are at home with the locks

and safes and u think ur ok. So u forget Allah. Imagine the difference. When u are

applying the Sunnah and u feel like u don’t need it. Don’t think like that!

Because the thing that u feel like u don’t really need in the Sunnah but u must do it

thinking that u need it!

Don’t be self sufficient. Even to ur mother u need to be dutiful to her but u cannot.

Just say- Ya rabbi HELP ME! And u turn to Jabr Allah swt!

Humans are always having mistakes and are not perfect, so when u deal with ppl deal

with them as if they are human beings!

Some ppl u see if they have qualities that are perfect, they go and elevate him. Now

the problem comes. But then when he goes and makes a mistake. Kalas. All the media

blast the problem out f proportion, and all his bad comes out. See how do u deal with

ppl? Like they are human beings!

Imagine if some1 memorises the whole Quran. N when in the prayer he makes a

mistake in surah zalzalah. And the ppl will get worked up wondering why he is of a

high position and it start questioning him. But why did Allah do this? Because they

are thinking he is perfect!

Jabbar is the only one to fix the mistake- and that can be done only Allah!

SO WEN U DEAL WITH PPL DEAL WITH THEM MODERATELY.

Don’t expect too much from them.

Imagine the creation and everyone Allah swt can fix their deficiencies! Subahanallah!

Ppl can fix something’s but something’s they cannot. Only what they are able to fix

and what Allah has made it for them to fix is what they will end up fixing.

Even when u have problems and someone comes to help u know that he is ONLY

THE MEANS and who sent him to u? Allah!

For anything. Oh I don’t have money- Allah will send some1 to give u money. For

anything Allah will fix any of the things u need.

We see sometimes we are lacking in something, but u see ppl who are perfect and

others go and respect him and overly be good to him and he thinks oh than god no one

knows about me. But u see only Allah is the jabbar.

See when u do a test and u get good marks. U have mistakes but u got 10 out of 10.

And he said Allah jabarnee! (My faults are not fixed) in the eyes of the ppl.

Still I am having a problem, I cannot memorise something or anything else. Fix my

mistakes, directly or indirectly in the eyes of the ppl just ASK ALLAH AL

JABBAR!!!!!!!!!!!

Subahanallah when ppl say – oh u have good this and good that and u really how

Allah has been al jabbar and fixed ur faults in the eyes of the ppl! Subahanallah.

Imagine how Allah swt is being jabbar!

U have ppl, 3 of them are very obedient. Always listening and doing good.

U have one he is minus. U see us and u think omg I lacking in this this this in one

thing u are feeling u are lacking. But see how Allah has fixed everything else. HOW

CAN U BE UNGRATEFUL???

See when u see u are lacking, u should feel alhamdulillah that Allah fixed everything

else and u should b grateful to Allah swt. This is another effect of al jabbar!!!

U are asking Allah- ujbur nafsee!

Fr u to be attached to Allah more and more. U don’t know in this life u think abt it but

u don’t know it may be a way to paradise. SUBAHANALLAH!

If u understand the wisdom- I have this lack, this problem, this mistake. U should

attach to Allah. Not the ppl. Sometimes when we have a problem over and over we try

to fix the problem. Just say- yarabbi Ujburnee!!!

Maybe ur problem wont be fixed, but at least ur heart is attached to Allah!

Sometimes we wonder why ppl don’t respect me and why they are like that…but u

didn’t c the good part? Just ask Allah he is Jabr Allah he can fix it. And u are grateful

to Allah for giving u good and giving u everything. This is both sides. U need to see

both sides.

Allah swt is Jabbar- huwal jabbar Al Jaabir qulubu mul qasiba

He is the one who is the fixer of the broken hearts and who is weak. Also Allah’s

jabbar is the fixer of the one who turns back to Allah swt!

Maybe we had lacks before and Allah fixed it. Now when u know that Allah is al

jabbar don’t u feel so much better?

Don’t ask for some human to help u just go to Allah swt.

Now u will see there is an obstacle. N u forget to ask Allah swt. What is this obstacle?

Imagine when someone comes to u and says that – this doctor is really good. What

will u say? U put ur trust on the means. So what is the obstacle? The means.

The medicine, the doctor, the human etc… are all obstacles.

Just know that Allah is only jabbar! Some ppl think- ok now if someone comes to me

to help me what must I do? Take or not? U take it but u still ask Allah to help fix u

because HE IS THE ONE TO HELP U IN THE END.

When the means just appears we go running to it.

There is another e.g.: one person he has no job. Then another person said- give me ur

papers I will find a job. Then u think ok wow he will def give me a job. That person

who asked for the papers is a boss of a company. So u are happy thinking that he will

give u the job and that he is the solution. N u praise him and talk good about him to

everyone. N then he comes to u and says- sorry I can’t help u. then who closed the

door?

Allah. Because this is a test. Because Allah is only jabbar and he is able to do

anything. He can close the doors. It’s not up to the humans but Allah.

U go turning ur heart to rather than Allah. But when u look at it, it’s a nurturing from

Allah so that next time u will learn ur lesson. But ppl don’t learn their lesson. Why?

Because they don’t know Allah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See how when u are attached to some1 and then something happens it’s a nurturing

for u to turn ur self to Allah.

Prophet Sal said- if ur heart is attached to something or someone u will not benefit

from it.

See all the names of Allah connect together- from the Rabb- the one who nurtures, to

the one who is most merciful- Ar Rahman, who is giving u nurturing via his mercy.

See if Allah sees u going in the wrong direction he will nurture u and bring u back!

Subahanallah! He is al Malik, the owner and no one can do anything unless he wills!

U take Al Jabr and all the other names and u realise how every name is connected!

CLASS 6

Subahanallah.

From iman u have ihsan. What do u mean by ihsan? In order to reach to ihsan

(perfection), its like u do everything in ur life as if u r seeing Allah swt!

How do u reach to that? The more u know Allah, the more u will see him!

Everything u see in the life u will relate it to Him! Subahanallah when u learn about

each name u will find u need each and every name and eventually it will be like a

puzzle where all the pieces come together!

Subahanallah!!!!!

Who is al jabbar! This name is mentioned only once in the Quran, because it is so

powerful!

Where was the name mentioned?

Surah hasher ayat 22-24

Laailaha illah huwa- the 1 u need to be attached to all the time

Alim- the knower

Ar Rahman nur raheem- the merciful

And al Malik- the Master/Owner

Al mu’min

Al azeez- al mighty

Al jabbar al muthakabbar!

See the order in which all His names were mentioned in the surah! And he ended it

with al jabbar!

Jabbar can be take in a harsh way or soft way.

It is either irresistible/dominant- where no one can resist Allah swt (hard jabbar)

whereas the soft jabbar is where he is the fixer and the one who fixes problems

There are 3 types of names of Allah

1. Asma ul jama’s ( the names of beauty) , like Ar Rahman, al wahhab, al raheem

etc…u see the beauty in the names and u find the beauty in His character

2. Asma’ul jalaal (u can find exalting, owner, and magnifying Allah via the

names) like, al aleem, al Qahhar etc.

3. Asma’ul jamaa and jalaal- both beauty and magnification. Like al jabbar!

2 types of al Jabr (fixing):

1. Jabr al a’mm (abdan) - fixing anything that is material things. If u need

anything to be fixed or if u never had kids and u got to get married and get

kids- that was all from Allah being Jabr! Because he is ur Rabb! See anything

that Allah creates of course they lack in something and who is the one who

helps them – al jabbar!

E.g.: someone is sick and u give them medicine, who made them get better? Al

jabbar! U see even when Allah created us with imperfections he was the one who

took charge and helped us to patch them up! Subahanallah!!!

2. Jabr al quloob (another name: a Jabr al khas) - fixing the heart. Where Allah

gives comfort to the heart. Sometimes in ur heart u feel like there is something

missing, and u feel uneasy and unsure…so ppl just go to food or drinks to

calm their heart and the things that we feel are missing in ourselves…but we

need to ask Allah because he is Jabr and he knows exactly what is missing in

our hearts and why we suddenly feel like crying when we have no reason to!!!

Subahanallah! Allah is the Jabr for our hearts and he took charge of the job to

fix all the deficiencies of mankind!!!! Human beings don’t know Allah is al

jabbar though!

We think how though we didn’t ask for anything but he still fixed our

problems...wen u know that he is the only Jabr, your heart simply turns to Him

alone!!! Sometimes when u feel like ur afraid, u turn to Allah and he will give u

security!

Anything missing in ur life, help, difficulties, all are from Allah! And only He can

give u the solution.

So when u say – Ya rabbi Ujburnee then u realize how ur heart flies to Allah!!!

Subahanallah!!

For everyone, humans, animals, jinn’s etc…He is the Jabr!

When u know this, then when u don’t have children u turn to Allah and say- Ya

rabbi Ujburnee, or if u don’t have a good life u say- Ya rabbi Ujburnee and he will

enrich u!

Sometimes u say ya rabbi Ujburnee and u keep saying over and over for months

and months, but nothing happens. U are waiting and waiting… asking and

asking…imagine. When u know that Allah is jabbar u need to be sure- yaqeen that

Allah will fulfil ur needs in a time THAT IS SUITABLE FOR YOU!!!!

Human beings are so hasty n expect quick response from Allah... but with the real

belief comes the patience. U don’t want time that is not munafiq for you!!

Even when u ask al Jabr with regards to having kids and u don’t get, in ur heart u

need to be sure that He will fulfil ur need eventually!

You need to be SO PATIENT! Maybe I need to wait 2 years, 10 years, 1 month, 1

day ….u need to be patient... your patience is ibadah itself!!

It is the greatest ibadah because no one can do that except a real believer!!

This is the yaqeen in Allah swt, where u know that he will give it to u in its due

course of time! That’s why they say the heart of the believer is always attached to

Allah, because he knows that the one who will deal with him is perfect in every

way and He knows the right time for us!

This will make u stress free! N don’t u think it will make u feel much relaxed

when u know that u have asked Allah and u know He will give it to u in the best

time! Ya rabbi u are the one nurturing me in the best way! Subahanallah!

Sometimes I am lacking in something…like I can’t memorize properly etc, so I

ask Allah- Ya rabbi Ujburnee make me memorize more…

Sometimes this could be the best situation for us!! We don’t know.

Sometimes the lacking which u think is a deficiency could be a good thing for us

in Allah’s eyes!

Even when u have children and all are good except one…maybe it’s a good thing

because u will always be making dua and u will remember all ur kids in the dua

and he/she could b ur gate to Jannah!!

Even when ur hubby is not as religious as u and u are trying hard to get him to do

tafseer or read quran...u don’t know Subahanallah maybe u will make your self

push yourself more in order that u are able to teach and get your husband also to

become religious! If u think ur hubby is better then u won’t push urself then that’s

y it would b good if u were ore religious then him this nafs is a kamal for u

perfection for u

Like tailoring…….u get clothes for ur size

Al jabbarul aabdan….when u wait for His relief, u see ur heart turning to Allah

and u find it flying.

The one awwabi (one whose heart turns to something), where when his heart turns

to other things he rectifies it and reminds himself to turn to Allah! Then Allah will

increase u in Izzah (ownership) in ur life.

Subahanallah!

Look at the opposite- if my heart is always waiting for so and so expecting help

from them, u will end up becoming a slave to that person , as If u are attached to

him by chains and u are always thinking that he can give u the Jabr!

But when u ask from Allah he will bring the means to u and u will free ur self

from ur chains and become an owner! Turn to Allah for all ur matters and in ur

heart u feel yaqeen!

Jabr ul quloob- sometimes in ur body something lacks or in ur heart….so

sometimes u can find in ur heart a break…a break in ur heart where when some1

hurts u…when someone wounds u and u feel like u don’t want to see that person n

u r hurt..

Allah is the one in charge of Jabr ul quloob!

How will Allah swt give u that comfort? Even in ur heart though it’s not really

broken, but sometimes u can feel hurt….sometimes the pain in the heart is a hard

thing to cure and can takes years and years to heal it...

Lets c why most ppl their Qalb will be broken.

1. Mahaboobun makbooth- when a dear one was lost/missing. E.g.: someone u

like and he died. This is one of the biggest hurt in our hearts. U wonder how

someone so dear and loved can leave u. where he/she can’t return to u again.

Now Allah swt…so many ppl go thru this problem and only al jabbar can fix

it. Some ppl say- oh lets do yoga and try to forget etc. but no one can help u

except Allah swt. How will Allah give u the console?

E.g.: u have 1 friend who got lost, she left the country and wont come back and u

really miss the person…so how will He fix it he will fix it very gently. He will

give you something better than what u lost! Subahanallah!!! Which will

eventually make u forget the thing that was disturbing u!

They said 1 lady she had 3 kids and lost all 3 in an accident…and after how many

years, they did an interview with her to find that she has 3 twins!!

U see how Allah swt is so Jabr he won’t leave us just like that He is so Kind!

Subahanallah!

Or what will happen when u lose something Allah will make that person

forget! Subahanallah! Why? In order to give ur heart consolation and He will

make u busy in new things! SUBAHANALLAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So this is Allah gave them the Jabr!

Sometimes u see when ppl lose kids they say alhamdulillah!

Another story- where a lady, her father died and she didn’t know that he had died.

So they asked the husband to tell the wife the news. He was clever. And what did

he do.

He took her out, and said- this is a gift for u, and I really love u…and then he

asked her if he could marry a second wife…n she was so upset and started crying

n was so emotional etc... Then she said even if my father died it won’t make me as

sad as the news u have told me! Then he told her that her dad had passed

away…then he took her to her house

Another story- a lady had a problem with husband and was always wanting to

divorce. Then she had a dream that he had passed away n then she was so upset

that she realized how much she took him for granted and changed.

See how Allah knows how to mend the broken heart and help u get back on ur

feet! Subahanallah! No one gives the Jabr in the heart except Allah and He will do

it in a very gentle way!

CLASS 7

Subahanallah, when u look at our life, we are doing so many things! About our lives

our dealings with people working for this world and hereafter.

What about the past. Sometimes there are times when u suddenly remember specific

moments and what are these moments? The moments when u spend your time for

Allah swt! Have u noticed?

Now when u see life goes so fast but Subahanallah when u go for umrah don’t u think

your time is very slow and u can do all the ibadah and u can really do recitation etc..

But don’t u think that your time in this world goes by so fast. But on the day of

judgement the time which u will remember is all the time u spend for Allah swt! Any

other time is a regret on Yawmul Qiyama! So we need to ask for Allah to keep us firm

on the deen and hold fast to the rope of Allah swt! We must ask Allah to help us

always keep our time for Allah swt until Yawmul Qiyama! Ameen!

Al jabbar! Attribute from this word is – Jabr!

When u look at the jabbar yaa nee it is so beautiful!

The firs thing we saw was the dominance and power that came from the name al

jabbar! And then after that we saw the other name where if u had any break or

problem anything lacking esp. in our heart, where we lack in ANYTHING in our lives

for sure this will affect our heart right. So here when it affects ur heart u have a cut or

something breaks right! So how do u fix it?

No one can fix it or anything that is broken except Allah!

So the second name is where Allah fixes it!

So any lack u have Allah will fix it and He is irresistible so no one can hurt u anymore

after he fixes it! Subahanallah see how the name meanings combine!

Once there was a young man, where in his home country he was told to go

somewhere else.

Now before that incident happened, he applied for umrah, and then he forgot about

applying to umrah.

Then after he got the news he had to leave the country in 24 hrs... then he was really

broken and his visa for umrah came! So he went for umrah but he couldn’t tell the

dua’s or focus properly because he was so worried and upset about this thing that had

befallen him! And the only thing he remembered was to say- Ya jabbar Ujburnee!

Then while he was in tawaf, a man came to him and said – I was looking for u! And

then the other man asked what? Then the other man said – I saw u in my dream ur

face, and where prophet Sal asked me to find u and console u!

So this man with the plight was so happy after hearing this! And he told Man 2 about

his plight!

So man 1 finished umrah and then went back to his room and then he got a call from

someone who knew man 2 and said- u got the visa to go to another country and u can

go there right away! Subahanallah!

See how Allah is! Here we doubt Allah and depend on ppl! But believe me how u

think of Allah He will help u! He will think about u like that! Subahanallah!

If u are sick or u don’t have the rizk if u believe that Allah can help u then he will

help u!

So see if u know Allah is al jabbar u n live ur life in peace with a lot of relief!

General- where anything u lack, in ur house kids etc who can fix it? Allah!

People when they have a break in their hearts, it’s always due to a reason! Why are

ppl unhappy in their lives? What makes them so depressed and miserable? They said

Subahanallah there are 3 things that will make our hearts to be affected( to be

cracked) and Subahanallah when u see this cracks u see that no one can really fix it

except Allah swt!

In ur life u will find always He is fixing everything whether u know it or not! He is

the only one who can fix it!

The first type we learnt last week was mahaboobun makbooth- where when u lose a

loved one and how does Allah relieve u! slowly u will forget the person and u will

occupy ur time with other things.

Second type

2. Mahaboobun Marjoo- where someone who u like in the life, he/she I not dead in

the life, he is here but he is absent.

How will this happen?

Say- u have friends or sisters or family who u really like and u want their attention

etc… even ur kids always waiting for your attention! They want to sit together and

talk to u etc… so this person is with u but he is absent. He is alive but he is not here.

This is Marjoo! This is worse than the first point because someone is in front of u but

u cannot understand them or communicate...

Or the person is busy with business etc and doesn’t have time.

Or the person s with u and sits with u and does things with u but u feel disconnected

to the person, he talks to others ur kids etc but u don’t have any feeling for them.

Where they show no love or compassion or rahma. So u feel like u lost the purpose of

life etc.

U love them but its like they are in a hotel they just come and go and eating drinking

etc. so u feel hurt and ur emotions can really affect u a lot and rule ur life. See esp. in

this case, ur heartbroken and u feel like u have lost everything. So imagine when u

have that this will also affect the heart. And they said- Allah swt is the ONLY one

who can fix it.

Though u think it is difficult and u want to talk to him and u feel unwanted and ur

trying to think f various solutions! But who is the Jabr? Allah! It’s important that u

think positive when u know Allah swt and ur heart wont get affected!

Subahanallah!

Now how will Allah fix that broken heart? Though u are attached to that person, Allah

swt, when He sees u struggling in the life, slowly He will give you His Jabr which is

Qhaas (special). Where the person who is being neglected… slowly Allah will give

you the relief- make you come closer to the religion! This is the special Jabr! Slowly

Allah will bring the deen to u! u will attend a class, or u will meet a righteous

neighbour who will come visit you and talk to u about Allah swt and about the deen

etc... And ur mind will automatically change…

Subahanallah in anyway or another see how Allah pulls mankind towards him!

So see it is all for the best! And you will see how u will attend the classes and u will

learn knowledge and maybe u will learn about Allah being jabbar! And the problem u

are facing u will hear it and slowly ur heart attaches to Allah with the knowledge u

learn and u detach ur heart from the person who broke it.

Slowly u start learning step by step and ur focus diverts to seeking knowledge and the

deen and u don’t think about the person who hurt u, u will busy ur self with ibadah

and Allah and then u will see , the person who hurt u will COME TO

YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prophet Sal said- the person who always puts Allah first and is always trying to do

anything for Allah’s sake and seeks knowledge does ibadah etc.. Prophet said- that

Allah will bring the dhunya to you!

Anas ibn Malik and Zaid ibn Thabit (radhiyAllahu anhum) related that the Prophet

(SAAS) said,

"For the ones, whose concern is this world, Allah will scatter his affairs, place poverty

between his two eyes and he will not get from the world except what is written for

him. As for the one whose intention is the Hereafter, Allah will gather for him his

affairs, place contentment in his heart and the world will come to him willingly" IBN

MAJAH, SAHEEH-UL-JAAMI NO. 6386

1. So the blessing which Allah will give u is the VIP Jabr! Because Allah swt

loves for you to be attached to Him! And this is out of HIS

MERCY!!!!!!!!!!

And Allah is jealous of the heart of the believer! He wants ur heart to be attached to

Him alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because He is the ONLY one bestower, provider,

guider, sustainer, disposer etc!

Because u see ur up and down because of the person and when u really think of it, it’s

not worth it! U should be happy for Allah swt! Ur job is to be ATTACHED to Allah!

As soon as u fulfil that Allah promises that he will bring the dhunya to u! But if u

worry about the dhunya he will not bring it to u!

Allah swt is the one who can bring the dhunya to u!

Where u see when u try to do everything together it wont benefit you, so see how

Allah gently deals with u and slowly bring u to Him and slowly makes u attach ur self

to Him!

2. And the other solution: where Allah make u attach ur self and make ur

focus on the aakhira and the day of judgement so u start working for the

aakhira!

When u really think about the day of judgement and paradise and when u really

think about the museebath ul aakhira everything else fades in comparison!

There was a man who was always miserable in this life and then when he left his

life and met his lord he will forget about all his misery in this life and he will be

so happy about the aakhira and Jannah!

So if u really focus on the aakhira it will make it easy for u to accept the situ u

have! But why do people not accept the situ they have? Because they think that

this life is the only one and there is nothing else.

But the believers Allah gave them a Jabr and made them focus on the aakhira and

work for it! Allah gives them hope! He opens for them the gate of hope!

This hope is the right door for u to get to paradise!

When u look at all the solutions through what? In knowing Allah!

There was once a lady who knew this young person who is neglecting his life and

not working for aakhira etc. then the lady didn’t know what to say, finally Allah

opened the door of hope for her and she confronted the boy and said:

One day u are going to die, and on the day of judgement u will be hundred percent

perfect with no problems etc

But when u give advise to people who have problems bring Allah’s name into it

and talk about Allah and the rewards of the hereafter this is the right solution to

giving the people hope! And as soon as their hearts go in this direction Allah will

relieve them and he will give them the dhunya!

And this is from jabrul qaas! The special kind of Jabr!

3. Makrooun (dislike) mahkuf (scary/frightening)

Khaif (something scary u are terrified of)

This is when u fear of something happening in the future! If I will die who will

look after my kids, if I am now living in this country what will I do later, if my

kids marry n leave what will I do later if I die will my husband marry another?

This is Waswaas!!!!! Shaitan makes u worry about the future and waste your time

worrying!

If u are waiting for your husband to come pick u and u are worried when he gets

late thinking – accident? Murder? What happened? What will I do? What about

the account balance? How will I check it?

But this is shaitan wanting to spoil your life and time! Imagine there are people

who live like this and some people are trapped inside this box thinking f the

future!

Worrying about sickness, all this cancer what will I do! This always happens esp.

when u watch TV and the news! And all these things come to your hear and u

worry, even though u have so many blessings and u should b spending your time

thanking Allah and invoking Him! This is a sickness of the mind! And for some

people it is like a nightmare, always thinking f the future!

And this is a difficult thing to cure esp. in the heart...

So how does Allah give the Jabr to these people?

This Jabr will also be a Jabr ul Qhaas special)

Where Allah will fill the persons heart with the knowledge of Allah swt! This is

the solution for most of the psychological problems!

The names of Allah can change these people’s lives upside down! When they

really know Allah! There are some who are so afraid of getting injured or being

sick etc… so they don’t want to go out of their house.

Jabrul Qhaas is the only solution and Allah swt will teach that person how he is

the one disposing the affairs and that it is not in your hands! He is al Wakeel! He

is the one who provides and guides! And this will make u want to know who your

Rabb is!

Allah will make u know him like he is the mudabbir! The Rabb! The one who will

take care of you! He is the disposer of affairs and when u know this u will feel

relief! (Mufarraj)

And also Allah swt will teach u and tell u that he is the only one who can relieve

u! All of the distressed ones he is the one who can relieve them! He is the rabbul

alameen!

Huwal haiiyul khaiiyyum! He never dies and everything u have belongs to Him

alone!

Ayatul khursi!

So imagine the problems which most of the people have here we get to know no

matter what the problem is psychological what is the solution through the name al

jabbar- jabrul Qhaas!

Straight away Allah gives u the fixing of your heart so no one else can break it

again! His Jabr is different to any other Jabr Subahanallah!

Ya Jabbar Ujburnee!

When u will have this jabru Qhaas it will make Jabr for your heart all the time and

u will feel self sufficient not dependant on any human and only dependant on

Allah!

U don’t feel Nakhs! (insufficient/lacking).

Like when u move to another country and amongst the people u feel insufficient

and lacking in something, maybe they are wealthier than u or that u cannot fit with

them because they are different! U feel Nakhs. Maybe u feel old fashioned

etc…this is a feeling u feel and this is painful!

The one who has Jabrul Qhaas will never feel Nakhs!

CLASS 8 – Al Jabbar

All Praise is for Allah!

Sometimes we plan so much and say- oh tomorrow im going to do this and this but

Subahanallah sometimes it never goes according to plan because Allah has something

else planned for u and whatever happens you will see all of Allah's names and

attributes! Subahanallah!

Story:

Now sister was going to go to Kuwait to go see her family. and they said ok lets go,

we didn’t know what was waiting for us right…so then one day two days went by and

then 3 days later they were on the move, and they wanted to go to pray and they were

going to the car, and at the back, they saw huge smoke coming and it was black it

looked like it was coming to attack….and she had never seen this in her entire life and

Subahanallah she remembered the day of judgement, and was frozen and couldn’t

think of anything! She didn’t even think like oh where are my kids we need to get

away etc…She was thinking it was her end! Subahanallah! It was big black smoke

and it were like a sandstorm and they quickly got into the car and they got a message

not to drive. And while they were in the car it was covered and everything was totally

black! And imagine this was during Asr time! Subahanallah! It was so scary it was

like they were going to be buried, and lasted a few hours, and they were stuck in the

car for two hours with no place to pray and the fear in their heads. Subahanallah! She

was remembering Allah swt and feeling so helpless!

And she was just thinking how suddenly everything just stopped. Everyone was told

to stay in one place without going anywhere because it is dangerous and there is a lot

of accidents. So for a few hours they were just static Subahanallah! And she was just

remembering what did I do for Allah swt? What have I not done and she felt like it

were her end! And she was making dua for others and her family. She was so afraid

and she was just thinking it were her end. Subahanallah!

And then when you look at what happened in Japan it was water but here in u.a.e it

was sand! You don’t know the army of Allah! It can be sand it can be wind it can be

water! And this incident happened on Friday! And it was a sign of the day of

judgement!

So she wanted to remind us that if there is something you didn’t do- just do it! Don’t

wait or postpone!

Sometime the decree of Allah will come and you will not know how things happen!

Subahanallah! Never make Allah hard to do things for. Ya muqallibal quloob! And

you will find there is no one to be attached to except Allah!

Al Qahhar- which is understood from al jabbar which means irresistible and at the

same time Jabbar means fixing where if u are having a hurt in your heart where Allah

is the only one to fix!

With regards to fixing there are several kinds where you get the general kind where

it’s related to general fixing of problems or the iman of your kids etc.

How if u see someone who is blind how will Allah make them Jabr? He will not give

him eyes but he will make him more attentive and hear better or memorize Quran

better. All this is general Jabr.

Even when you feel like something is lacking in me, Subahanallah this is the perfect

situ to turn to Allah!

Then we got the special Jabr, where it will solve all of your Jabr! He will fill your

heart with the love of Allah swt and Allah will open the doors if Ilm to you!

Subahanallah when you see it is a type of special Jabr for you! And Subahanallah

maybe he will open the gate of daawah to you! And Subahanallah this is Jabr al Khas

where this is the special type of Jabr where Allah opens the gates of ibadah/ or

seeking knowledge or doing daawah or other things that are beneficial for you in the

aakhira Subahanallah!

If you like something, imagine when you have this thing in your heart and Allah gives

you this solution don’t you feel self sufficient?

What else? You will never feel Nakhs in your self! You will never feel insufficient!

Where when you are with friends or people and they are talking about their houses or

what ever they have and sometimes you feel like you are left out or you are a black

sheep etc so all the time when you look at them their problem I what always they feel

like they are not fitting in and always they want to imitate them and copy them etc…

imagine! This is very tiring for you and your pocket! Hehe

All the time you want to buy this and that and at the end you feel so miserable! And

Subahanallah if Allah swt gives them this Jabr al Khas then they will not feel any

form of Nakhs! They will feel- I don’t need to be like you to be accepted!

And u will see how you will look at those people and be amazed and unwavered about

what they are wearing or doing.

People sometimes they really disagree ad look at others and expect them to be like

this and that and they are always looking in the dhunya and looking up. And some

they want t be accepted by the people and they want everything good in this life so

what do they do? They go behind trying to please the people. But the right way? Ask

Allah!

Never look at people and judge them by how much they have or what their life is like.

Whatever we are all children of Adam and we our origin are all the same and we will

all die the same! So if someone is having this problem, Allah swt is the one who will

remove this Nakhs from the heart. And this is really it will make you more relaxed

with yourself and your relationship with Allah and people!

We need to ask Allah swt!

IMPACT FOR THE SECOND NAME!

So Subahanallah we said Allah swt is al Qahhar! Where no one can resist him! And

Subahanallah we say that if someone if jabbar in this world and when u turn to Allah,

what will Allah do? Allah will break him and bring him down. Why? Because this is a

mercy for that person so he will learn not to be like that and Allah will fix him

because of that! Subahanallah!

Story:

They said in one of the places, there is one man who is always joking! And he has two

kids but he’s not that close to them. This man was always making fun of people and

one day he saw a blind man and the blind man was walking slowly. And this other

man was making fun of his walk etc… and the other people were laughing! Now this

blind mans heart was hurt and imagine what did Allah swt do? Subahanallah! After a

few months that normal man (joker) had a baby, newborn who was born blind!

Subahanallah! See how Allah brought him down! And then he remembered what he

did to that blind man! Subahanallah! See how Allah was! ------------------missing-------

And then the man was left with his blind son, and then it was Friday and the son

asked if he could go to the masjid! And then the man asked- who told you to go to

masjid? And the boy said- his mother. Because the boys mother taught him religion

and how to pray etc.

Then they went to masjid, and he sat in the masjid with the father and he said he will

recite surah Kahf! And as soon as he was reciting reciting reciting the father cried!

And said- NOW I KNOW Allah SWT!!!

And you see how the man was jabbar at first and then Allah broke him by giving him

a son who was blind and then what did Allah do through the son? He consoled the

man and opened the gate of knowledge through his blind son! Subahanallah! Why?

So it would console the man and be a Ni’ma for him!

Subahanallah! Really! Lailaha illallah! See how Allah swt cares about us!

Sometimes we see how some people/friends they are always consoling us and making

us feel good but WE NEED TO REMEMEBER THAT Allah IS BEHIND THAT

PERSON! HE IS THE ONE WHO MADE THAT PERSON CONSOLE YOU WITH

WORDS YOU NEEDED! Subahanallah!

If you attribute the consoling to the people your heart will be divided thinking ah so

and so helped me and so and so gave me this advice etc. but when you know that

Jabbar is behind the console then you will not feel any division!

Jabbar illAlllah! No one can fix your problem, house, relationship, health…etc you

don’t need to look at anything you simply go straight to your lord! And be attached to

Allah!

Remember the prophet Sal said- the person who said lailahal illlah before he dies can

go to heaven. But not everyone can say this right! But the person who says this is the

person whose heart ALWAYS returns to Allah swt! How much it will happen and no

one will see it except Allah! Subahanallah!

The more you know about Allah swt the more your laa ilaha illallah will be stronger!

And we ask Allah to give us hidaayat on Tawheed!

So don’t wait for human beings to console you or give you solutions your heart must

only be attached to Allah and expect solution from him!

How if you remember the name Ar Rahman nir raheem, one impact fro the name is if

you are merciful to others!

• Then with jabbar, how does Allah expect us to fix other people’s problems or

if they are broken hearted etc….Allah loves if you give them the comfort.

Imagine Allah loves this when you try to help people with their problems.

• And don’t be a means to hurt the people’s heart! We have to be careful with

our tongue! This is the biggest problem and the biggest way to hurting others!

It’s like a sword! Where sometimes you say one word and it will affect the

person so much! Sometimes you are saying things without your knowledge

and you don’t realize but maybe the other person will realize it! But Allah swt

has told us to say the BEST thing and think before we say anything! Don’t say

u are joking because jokes also hurt people a lot! After the heart is broken

don’t go saying ah I was only joking etc! Don’t give excuses! You see

anything how you need to be very careful and you need to see what your

tongue is going to say. You need to ask Allah before you talk! And then

sometimes when you hurt someone, you will see that she won’t come straight

and tell you but she will avoid you and not talk to you! ----------------------------

Now imagine, you have hurt someone, what will you do? You go and ask

forgiveness from her and u see sometimes when you ask this they forgive you

etc… but no one likes o go and ask for forgiveness….. Also you don’t want to go

into a long story about why u said that etc!

• Now sometimes if u read newspaper and see tv, and you see people die and

poverty etc…and when you look at what the problem people they have, you

really ask Allah- ya rabbi ujburhum!

Al Jabbar in the language also means, At Taweel al a’lee ( al’ee means high and

tawleel means high)

3rd

meaning- Al A’lee Al A’la Al Muta a’al

All of these three names you have an attribute from, Al I’luh means the most

High!

So all these days we have been flying with the name al jabbar but now we will see

the 3rd

meaning it is sooo different but the impact is great!

Example: when I say so and so is A’lee (most High/Highness) what will you

understand? Ok maybe I will say he is A’lee because his place is very high, it’s

too high I cannot reach it! The place is A'lee I cannot reach it!

Sometimes we even say that this person his attributes and knowledge and ability is

A’lee is high!

But we see how Allah is A’lee how he is really perfect in his attributes and He is

the Most High! He is perfect in His High!

There are 3 types for this attribute to be High there are 3 types:

1. where Allah wt is most high in- Aloo Al Makaan

Where above the 7th

heaven, He rose over the throne, in a way that suits His

majesty and no one is high like this! Allah swt is most high in Place! And we

look at how Allah swt no one can reach him and his position is MOST HIGH!

And he rose over the throne! And no one is ABOVE Allah! So He is the most

High in position and though he is like this he is the most Knower! He knows

about whatever is in your hearts and what u are thinking! Subahanallah! Allah

can be so high but he can still know about our doings!

Some people say they are so scared and fear Allah when he is over his throne

but Subahanallah he is close to you! By what? His knowledge by His hearing

by His seeing! Subahanallah!

He may not be with you physically but he is with everyone by seeing and

hearing the knowledge! This is general companionship for the people!

But for the believers their companionship is special! Where Allah supports

them and gives them the victory! Subahanallah!

Sometimes when you look around, where others day oh my god is this idol

and people wonder? How come a god can be put in a picture or carried

around?

from Allah swt for whoever he willed]

You always hear from these ayahs how – nazalath (bring down) how the

Quran was brought down and jibreel was brought down etc...
