Principal Line of Business: Safety and Lifting Equipment Specialist

A diverse and experienced lifting equipment company, All Lifting is dedicated to providing a personalised solution to any of your lifting and/or safety requirements.

Established in 1991, All Lifting continues to supply competitive prices, on and off site inspections and is a manufacturer of a wide range of fabricated lifting devices. All Lifting provides a dedicated service incorporating N.A.T.A accredited testing and inspection solutions tailored to meet all client needs.

COMPANY HISTORY All Lifting & Safety Pty Ltd commenced in 2001 as a wholesale engineering company specialising in the manufacturing of lifting devices. Initial sales were generated through retail outlets such as All Chains and Slings as well as engineering stores. As demand exceeded expectations, in 2003 All Lifting & Safety purchased All Chains and Slings which was established in 1990. The acquisition of All Chains and Slings meant All Lifting & Safety now had engineering, manufacturing and a retail base. All Lifting & Safety continued to grow a reputation for smart, cost effective, on time solutions to lifting and rigging requirements. 2004 saw the first in a strategic move to grow the business, establishing itself in Rocklea, Brisbane, QLD. In August 2009, the Brisbane Store moved from 680 to 678 Beaudesert Road, to a much bigger and more functional factory. In December 2009, All Lifting Brisbane purchased a 1,500tonne wire rope press, enabling us to press steel core wire rope of up to 64mm in diameter.

With a strong and dynamic work force and a comprehensive network worldwide, All Lifting offers a total comprehensive solution to all lifting and rigging requirements nationally and internationally. January 2011 saw the Brisbane Store decimated by the Queensland floods, the water level inside our factory reached 3,250mm. With amazing help from the Brisbane staff, All Lifting & Safety reopened for business inside 14 working days and was fully operational on the 13th of March 2011. This event was life changing for the company, and as a result we decided to change our name and logo to encompass our new attitude and ideas. Accordingly, ‘All Lifting & Safety’ became ‘All Lifting’. This name change was simply to let everyone know what we are all about, lifting. In March 2011, we opened our 3rd store in Nerang at the Gold Coast, QLD. This location was chosen to support the Brisbane Store and service our Southern Queensland clients and our Northern New South Wales clients. Our 4th store opened in Blacktown, Sydney on the 7th November 2011. This location was chosen to help All Lifting service the ever expanding Greater Western Sydney area. Blacktown has truly embraced All Lifting and our future there is positive. Only a few months later an opportunity arose with the help of some eager Newcastle men to open our 5th store in Cameron Park, Newcastle. This store has massive potential and remarkable characters. New horizontal mechanical test beds arrived in Melbourne and Newcastle branches in August 2012. Melbourne – 300tonne Capacity x 18metres long Newcastle – 150tonne Capacity x 12metres long October 2012 saw the first of our mobile test and lifting equipment storage units deployed into the field. We expect that many more will be deployed in the coming years. In January 2013 our Melbourne facility moved north some 2.3kilometres to a showroom, office, warehouse and production facility and hardstand totaling 4,300 square metres. With a showroom area of 260 square metres and a production facility that now includes a fully equipped fabrication department, our Melbourne facility is now the envy of the industry. All Lifting services areas between Roma and Toowoomba, with an office based in Chinchilla, to easily service regional towns with reduced waiting periods. All Lifting employed its first solely dedicated Fabrication Manager in February 2013. Using a new solid works computer program and with the assistance of a world famous Doctor of Engineering, Dr Andrew Daigent, we developed our first Modular Spreader Bar and Test Rig. The first beam was named “Hugo”, short for humongous. It is 675mm in diameter, 23metres in length and has a working load limit of 250tonnes at 23metres. As it is a modular, it has a working load limit of 650tonne at 6metres. It is an impressive beam. In September 2013, All Lifting officially expanded internationally with setting up a mobile unit in Papua New Guinea, based at Moro Airport. Our Gold Coast operation (in mid November 2013) moved into a new premise at Nerang. Being a much bigger showroom and factory and a more central location, it allows us to serve more clients, more efficiently in a more convenient location. Products and services range from a shackle to the total design, fabrication, commissioning, training and supervision of lifting and safety solutions. We also perform wire rope sling manufacturing, chain sling assembly, height safety, fabricated lifting beams and devices, hoists and cranes, signs and general safety accessories; we are a one stop shop.

To compliment our products and truly deliver the total solution we also offer Mechanical Testing and Visual Inspection under a corporate accreditation #15553, both comply to ISO17020 and ISO17025 standards respectively. Now with stores covering the four major ports on the eastern coast of Australia, it enables us to support our clients no matter where they are working. All Lifting launched a new website in January 2013, www.alllifting.com.au and it is continuously being improved and updated with an online shop being integrated in 2014, where you can buy off the shelf products online and have them delivered straight to your door. In March 2014, All Lifting Sydney moved to a new location. The new showroom is better equipped to display more stock, it has a larger warehouse and easier for our customers to access. The building comprises of an impressive 680 square meters. In early 2014, All Lifting expanded operations internationally, now servicing Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Our new computer controlled 100 tonne 12 mtr test bed and 600 Tonne Wire rope press were installed in April 2015 in our Batam Indonesia Store.
