So far, the best way to communicate with

your partner would be through a Google docs

page.

This allows both students in the event to convey

their findings to each other

Both students can also edit and post the things

that they have been studying (Therefore it is a

reciprocal study tool)

The proposed schedule for 2014-2015: an after-school meeting every every Monday from

September– March 3:00-4:00ish

A middle school oriented study time at Liberty every Tuesday from 7:00-9:00 September-March For these meetings, CHS and Skyridge students will attend. Feel

free to ask questions regarding your events, but be respectful with their time.

December - CHS invitational

January - Canyon Park Invitational – Bothell, WA Mira Loma – by sign-up?

February - Willamette Valley invitational – Lebanon, OR

March - Regional competition – Longview, WA

April -State Competition (Qualifier)

Car pooling is our best option for all

competitions (cost)

If a student is in your car you have assumed

responsibility for them, not the school district.

We get a slight discount rate for our hotel at

SEA-TAC for Bothell, WA trip.

Saturdays from 7:30-5:00ish

Going to need help transporting all our gear –

builds, cooler, team supplies, etc.

I understand things come up notify me if student

will miss and event

Food- everyone chips in(pun intended) to bring

snacks, water and sandwiches for teams.

please stay entire time – builds team atmosphere

?

There is no way for 1 or 2 people to coach/train all students on all 23 events.

Volunteer – I really need you!!!!! I can get you started and you can work with

students learning everything they do.

Pick events that you are interested in and help a child, even if they are not yours. (see sign-up Google doc)

If you come to a practice I am probably going to give you something to do

Donate – We’ll take your old stuff. See our Google doc list

on our website’s FAQ page.

NEED

Our challenge for you:

Tell (And hopefully bring) a friend or 2 to one of

the meetings

This is probably our best shot at recruiting, but

once again, your feedback is needed

If you have any recruiting ideas, don’t hesitate to

share.
