ITINERARY Day 1 – Depart USA to Split Fri, Jun 18, 2021 Depart on any regularly scheduled flight to Split, Croatia (SPU). Please contact Coda Tours for a quote on airfare. ARRIVING EARLY IN SPLIT? CODA HAS A BLOCK OF ROOM AT THE 4* HOTEL LUXE. We highly recommend arriving at least one day before Embarkation Day since flights are often delayed or cancelled and you may miss the ship! Coda is holding a limited number of rooms at a hotel in Split for early arrivals. Please inquire at the time of booking. $285 per night, per room, double occupancy. $260 per night, per room, single occupancy. Day 2 – Arrival | Split & Embark on the Ship Sat, Jun 19 Arrive in Split this morning and transfer to the port. Embarkation will begin at 2pm. (you may request a quote for a private transfer through Coda Tours). After settling in, enjoy the guided tour of the city (not possible for late arrivals) This evening aboard the ship, we will enjoy a welcome cocktail reception followed by dinner. After dinner, you may wish to take a stroll in the Old Town and enjoy a coffee in one of the many cafes. Split is lively and illuminated at night. Overnight alongside in Split. Meals: Cocktails & Welcome Dinner Day 3 – Split | Pakleni Island | Hvar Sun, Jun 20 Morning departure to the Pakleni Islands for swimming at the most famous beaches in Dalmatia. Continue to the jet-set island of Hvar with lunch on board. Arrive in Hvar in the afternoon for a tour of the town’s historical landmarks. Afterwards, you may hike up the zig-zag path to the town fort overlooking the harbor for lovely scenic views of our ship and the Pakleni islands. In the evening Hvar offers a great choice of entertainment – numerous cafés, bars, and clubs to enjoy. Overnight alongside in the port. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Day 4 – Hvar | Trstenik

Mon, Jun 21 Early this morning we cruise to Trstenik, the Peljesac Peninsula well known for its excellent wine. We move away from the shore, inland, to explore the rural areas and transfer to the village. This evening we visit a local farm for a typical Croatian dinner. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Day 5 – Trstenik | Mijet | Dubrovnik Tue, Jun 22 This morning, we head further south to the Island of Mljet. The legend says Greek hero Odysseus spent years on this island when he was captured by the nymph Calypso. With a local guide, we stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy a boat ride to St. Mary Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, abbey, and church dating back to the 12th century. Return to the ship for lunch followed by departure towards Dubrovnik. Before we tie the ropes at Gruz Harbor, the captain will take us for an evening cruise along side the old city walls. Tonight, enjoy the Captain’s Dinner. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Day 6 – Dubrovnik Wed, Jun 23 Tour the old town with a local guide as we walk through the streets of this magical place. Return to the ship for lunch and an afternoon at leisure. Opt to return to the old town and walk the famous walls of Dubrovnik or take the cable car from the old town to Srđ Mountain. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Day 7 – Dubrovnik | Korcula Thu, Jun 24 We depart early this morning towards the island of Korčula – the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for a swim in one of the secluded bays, followed by lunch on board. Our afternoon in Korčula includes a guided walking tour of the enchanting town – one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. Remain in town and enjoy the shops, cafes, and bars. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Day 8 – Korcula | Bol Fri, Jun 25 Our final stop will be the island of Brac and picturesque town of Bol. Walk along the promenade or swim at one of the most famous beaches in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat (the golden cape) – known for its gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change its shape. After lunch on board, enjoy some time at leisure until our afternoon wine tasting followed and Farewell Dinner this evening. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 9 – Bol | Split Disembarkation | Departure Sat, Jun 26 Early this morning we journey towards Split. After breakfast, it is time to bid farewell to the crew and our yacht as we disembark and transfer to the airport for our return flight home.

TRAVEL PREP INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE Airfare is not included in the Cruise and Land Rates. American, Turkish, Iberia, Air France are among airlines that can be used to book international airfare for this tour. We recommend booking at least 7 months in advance if you want to use Frequent Flyer Miles or the American Express Platinum card 2-4-1 program. Coda Tours can assist you with your international air booking in Business or Coach class (First Class is rare nowadays on international flights, but if available, we can quote it.) Please ask us to quote for you. We often have favorable rates. There is a standard $35 per ticket ticketing for this service.

VISAS & VACCINES A valid passport is required for international travel and must be valid for 6 months after the return date of travel and must have at least two blank pages. No visa is required for entry into Croatia for US and Canadian passport holders. No immunizations are required for travel on this tour. However, the Center for Disease Control suggests that all travelers make sure they are up-to-date on routine vaccines before every trip. These vaccines include measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine, diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, varicella (chickenpox) vaccine, polio vaccine, and your yearly flu shot.

PACKING & WEATHER Coda trips are casual at all the times. There is no need for a jacket or tie. Pack for warm weather. Bring a light jacket or sweater. Jeans, khakis and shorts are fine for daily wear. Comfortable shoes are a must. AND DON’T FORGET YOUR BATHING SUIT! Limited laundry service is available aboard ship. The weather should be in the high 70’s to mid 80’s during the day and low 70’s in the evening. Perfect weather!

MINIMUMS This is a private charter and a minimum participation is required to operate the cruise. Our maximum participation will be 30 guests, plus staff members.

Your Private Yacht - 36-Guest MV BLACK SWAN

Black Swan is a new built (2018) Deluxe Superior vessel 158ft long and 28ft wide with 38 beds in 18 modernly equipped cabins. You can choose between five cabins on upper deck (some with panoramic windows), five cabins on main deck with large windows and eight spacious cabins in lower deck with port holes. All cabins are equipped smartly and modernly with TV, air conditioning, ventilation, safety deposit box, SOS alarm, smoke detectors, emergency lights and audio system for announcements and light music. Free WiFI is available throughout the ship. Electrical outlets are European 2 pin point power outlet and 1 USB outlet. Nine cabins have twin/double bed possibility; four cabins are with double beds only; three cabins with twin beds only; two cabins can be triples. Among the cabins there is a VIP cabin located at the front of the main deck area. Each cabin has a leather upholstered bed with space for luggage storage and safety jackets, a comfortable armchair, onyx desk, ottoman, two nightstands, spacious wardrobe closet and panoramic windows, large windows or portholes and a special light fixture above the bed for intimate lighting. Materials used for interior fittings are solid wood, veneer, onyx, marble, leather, stainless steel and glass. Bathrooms have a spacious shower, hair dryer, black marble sink stand and a mirror across the wall. Extra services available include massage, laundry (washing and ironing), breakfast in bed/room service.
