PUBLICITY
Clean up after yourself Do not leave posters overnight Any posters left by the end of the day will be thrown away
POSTER ROOM
Events are only approved on Thursday business meetings Plan accordingly!
Master Calendar Request forms must be submitted at least two weeks in advance
Fill out forms completely before submitting them
SUBMITTING FORMS
Sign in with us at the beginning No styrofoam Money must be turned in within 24 hours This is a state law Failure to do so = cannot sell at next Club Rush

Check emails on a regular basis All updates are sent by email
