At TEAM Bootcamp we employ a periodised training programme that:

No compromise training days are interspersed with active recovery days of less intensity and reduced impact that allows your body to repair and improve. You can expect to lose an average of 7 to 8lbs during a 7 day stay all backed up with emotional, psychological and nutritional support and instruction.

But its not just loads of fitness sessions. The programme is littered with team building and fun events designed to conceal exertion behind fun and enjoyment.

Training day

Recovery day (Mon & Wed) A typical training day looks like this:

0730 – Clinic 0800 – Breakfast 0900 - 11-12 mile hike 1230 – Lunch 1300 – Enforced rest 1430 – Nutrition master class 1530 – Fun filled team building event 1630 – Stretch 1700 – Ice baths 1830 – Evening meal 1930 – Optional NLP session

Days at TEAM Bootcamp are a mix of uncompromising military style circuits and events, interspersed with recovery days of less impact.

Powerful Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) techniques are used to help you cut through the confusion of modern day life and help you develop your mind. Increased overall health and personal effectiveness is a mere by-products. Spiritually, you can engage in holistic relaxation and stress management techniques. You’re taught coping mechanisms and strategies that enable you to experience contentment and true happiness.
