Pioneers eat lots of kinds of food . They had to prepare there own food at there own time .The food they eat is fresh meat , soup , bread, milk, corn, cheese, . Pioneers also eat crop that they plant .

Year round-salt pork

-potatoes-corn and oat meal-bread-milk, cheese, and butter

Spring & Summer-fresh greens such as dandelion leaves

-eggs-maple syrup-honey-fish and eels-fresh vegetables (grown in home gardens)-squirrel

Fall & Winter-venison

-pigeons-wild geese, partridge, chicken and turkeys-hares-preserved meat from livestock ( salt pork, sausages, smoked ham)-dried apples-root vegetables (carrots, onions, potatoes - stored in root cellar)

Pioneer school was kind of hard because the school was built by an adult and they had to teach other students . The parents had to pay the teachers . There were lots of kinds of rules to follow everyday . The school was by a general stores. The teachers had to follow all kinds of rules. The students to follow the rules for lunch hours .

CLOTHES IN PIONEER TIME WERE NOT LOTS .WOMEN HAD TO MAKE CLOTHING FOR HERSELF AND HER KIDS. THE WOMEN WERE REALLY DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS.
