All about Indians

introduction• Indians were the first inhabitants of Latin America. The reason

they are called "Indians", mainly because when Christopher Columbus and other explorers thought they reached the "new land" in India, so they called local inhabitants as “Indian” people.

Researchers believe that the ancestors of the Indians and Asians were the same.

Old Civilization

Indian’s ancestors had established four empires , the most important is the Aztec empire in North America and the Inca empire in South America. Maya Indians invented the Mayan words and the research of astronomy was quite deep.

Aztec civilization had currency and prosper agricultural system.Their building skill was consummate and had perfect laws system.

• Indian’s wedding are hold in the public building,during the wedding must be quite.

The bridegroom will rob the bride before wedding and go to honeymoon for one month(in the deepest of the forest Then go back get married .

Religion festival

• Indians advocate nature. They believe the God of the trees and mountains.

Every year in July will hold”North American Indians Days”.

It reception of Native Americans from all regions of the United States and Canada,major activities including traditional drums , dance contest , Miss Blackfeet(黑腳族小姐 )and parade(遊行 ).
