Net Promoter Score -Exceeding Industry Averages

An agency’s NPS score is a statistical indicator of how they compare to competitors and what you can expect.

Responses to this question are divided into three categories:

Promoters (given a rating of 9-10)

Passives (given a rating of 7-8)

Detractors (given a rating of 0-6)

NPS = % of Detractors - % of Promoters

This score is based on a survey put on by a third party called Inavero. Inavero is a market research firm that deploys and analyzes satisfaction surveys from more than 500,000 clients and employees each year.

ALKU’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) is the result of direct feedback from our consultants as to how likely they are to refer someone to ALKU.
