Experienced Head of Operations within the catering education sector.

Currently responsible for 9 Regional Managers from Scotland to the Midlands with responsibility for 158 school clients delivering an annual turnover in excess of £30 million

Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.

Developing and implementing new management tools to improve efficiency. To maintain strong relationships and deliver an excellent service to all stake holders within the

contracts. Training and developing the Regional management team to achieve excellent standards. Re-negotiating contracts and maintaining existing contracts.
