Background
Dengan akan diberlakukannya secara seragam di seluruh dunia atasstandardisasi internasional ISO 41000 : 2015 – Facility Management, maka Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) yang populer dalam organisasi saat ini, menjadi tidak relevan lagi, dikarenakan di dalam konsep HRBP, belum dimasukkannya suatukondisi tentang persyaratan kemampuan untuk terjadinyapertumbuhan bisnis secara berkesinambungan, sebagaimana dimaksuddi dalam ISO 41000 : 2015.
Salah satu ketentuan standardisasi internasional di dalam ISO 41000 : 2015, belum terdapat di dalam kompetensi dan role HRBP dalammenjamin pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkesinambungan, sehinggatugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai HRBP, belum memadai dalammemberikan kepastian pertumbuhan secara berkesinambungan.

1. Keselarasan HRBP dengan ISO 41000 : 2015 sebagai dasar
jaminan pertumbuhan bisnis terjadi secara berkesinambungan
dimasa depan
2. Sebagai jaminan visi, misi dan obyektifitas organisasi dapat
tercapai melalui pengenalan dan implementasi hasil eksplorasi
HRBP di dalam perusahaan.
3. Memberikan standardisasi kompetensi internasional yang merata
atau seimbang di seluruh organisasi, melalui penerapan ISO
41000 : 2015.
4. Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas seluruh fungsi organisasi
dalam mendukung tujuan strategis perusahaan dimasa depan
5. Menghilangkan/memperkecil resistensi di dalam organisasipada saat melaksanakan kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuanstrategis.
6. Menjadikan Human Resources untuk mampu menerima tugasdan tanggung jawab dalam memimpin dan mengelola agendabisnis melalui standardisasi management facility (ISO 41000 :2015)
7. Menjadikan HRBP mampu mengidentifikasi danmempersiapkan rencana pengembangan karyawan, yang siapuntuk dipromosikan dan/atau melakukan rolling atas talentterbaik di seluruh fungsi yang berbeda dalam organisasi.
8. Menjadikan HRBP sebagai anggota tim manajemen yang aktifdalam mendukung peniingkatan kemampuan yang seimmbangdan mengambil alih kepemimpinan apabila terjadi kekosonganpemimpin yang bertindak sebagai fasilitator dalam timmanajemen.
