Brian BaconFounder and Chairman

Brian is the Chairman and Founder of Oxford LeadershipTM.

He is a special advisor to prime ministers, presidents and heads of state and a leading consultant to the CEOs and top management of numerous multinational corporations including Telefónica, O2, AkzoNobel, METRO AG, Ericsson, Coca-Cola, BP, NXP, Barclay’s, Unilever, McDonald’s, Sandvik, GE, Pharmacia, SAAB, British Aerospace and Volvo.

As a leading global business strategist, Brian Bacon has been involved in more than 30 successful corporate turnarounds and is the creator of one of the world’s most successful leadership development programmes with over 300,000 alumni from 90 countries.

André BischoffManaging Partner

André is a Managing Partner of Oxford Leadership in the UK. As a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, André took companies through the complete business cycle from start up through to exit. He was afterwards engaged with the Union Bank of Switzerland.

In 1998 André was part of the management group which launched the Chiltern Group of Companies. Over a five year period, the Chiltern Group grew from US$20m of revenues to US$80m. Originally a client of Oxford Leadership, André joined as non-executive adviser to the HQ team in 2008 and was subsequently appointed Managing Partner in 2011.

Cyril is an experienced high-level consultant specialising in organis-ational transformation. Danuta is an experienced coach and mentor to CEOs and C-Suite executives. She holds a BSc in BioPhysics, an MBA Executive Programme at IMD Lausanne, and an MSc from London Business School. She is a former Chairman and CEO of Telefónica O2 in Ireland and serves as a non-executive director on the board of Aer Lingus plc, Paddy Power, Old Mutual plc and Michael Page plc. She was previously on the Board of Irish Life and Permanent plc and Business in the Community. Her awards include Irish Business Woman of the Year, Ireland’s Most Trusted Leader by the Great Places to Work Institute, as well as Business and Finance Business Person of the Year 2010.

She is an Honorary Fellow of the National University of Ireland.

Gustavo is one of Latin America’s most eminent consultants.
