CANCELLATION POLICYAdhesions will be accepted in order of arrival and considered valid only if accompanied by the registration fee by the date indicated in the email of application acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course dates in case of impediment of the speaker (s) due to force majeure. In case of cancellation, the registration fee paid will be refunded in full. The written cancellation of the enrollment by the participant up to 15 days before the date of the course entitles to the refund of the enrollment fee reduced by 150,00 €, for secretarial expenses. After this term you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid. The course will be activated upon reaching the minimum number of participants.

Pursuant to the General Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data of Individuals (GDPR - Reg. (EU) 2016/679), the undersigned organization, the data controller, informs of the following:The processed data concern the students and eventually the customers who sign up them in the courses. They can be collected:• directly to data subjects who provide them freely;• indirectly with the client (eg employer) who sign up the student.This information concerns personal data (eg personal data, contact details, telephone numbers, e-mail, postal addresses), economic and professional data (registrations to boards, associations, etc.). Are also recorded judgments and evaluations achieved, student’s presence and other information useful for the management of training processes. Even photographic and video / audio images could be collected and processed.

SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

That data are processed within the normal activity carried out by the undersigned organization to pursue the educational, administrative and management purposes, according to the following purposes (for each of which in brackets the legal basis is indicated by reference to the articles of the GDPR):

a) purposes strictly connected to the execution and implementation of training courses and instrumental services for the management of relations with the data subjects, including institutional communications, from/to the client and the sending of circulars and announcements related to the activity, deadline reminders, etc. (GDPR artt.6 (b))

b) purposes connected for ascertaining, exercising or defending a right in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings (legitimate interest) of the undersigned organization (GDPR articles 6 (f) and 9 (f));

c) purposes of archival documentation of the training activity through acquisition (GDPR art. 6 (f)) of photographic and video images that can be spread, with prior consent (GDPR art. 6 (a)) by publication in magazines, websites, social pages, etc. for communication and promotional purposes of the structure itself;

d) for promotional communication purposes: for legitimate interest (GDPR art.6 (f)) regarding direct marketing activities; prior consent (GDPR art. 6 (a)) regarding marketing activities by potential sponsors or third parties.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The provision of the data of the person concerned is optional but indispensable for the purpose of processing the same for the purposes of letters a), b) and c) first part. In the event that the data subjects do not communicate their indispensable data and do not allow the treatment, it will not be possible to proceed with the performance and implementation of the proposed services and follow up the contractual obligations undertaken, with consequent prejudice for the correct fulfillment of the related obligations to the management of training, regulatory, administrative, accounting and tax procedures. For all non-essential data, the provision is optional.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL OF PROVIDING THE DATA

Data processing means the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, cancellation and destruction or the combination of two or more of these operations. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal, particular, economic data takes place on paper and by manual, computerized and telematic tools, including automated, to store and manage the data, with logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, to ensure the security and confidentiality; personal data will therefore be processed in compliance with the methods indicated in art. 5 EU Reg. 2016/679, which provides, inter alia, that the data are processed lawfully and fairly, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate, exact, and if necessary updated, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes of the processing, respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity, through measures of protection and security. The undersigned organization has prepared and will further improve the security system for accessing and storing data.

The treatment will take place mainly in Italy and the EU, but it could also take place in non-EU and non-EEA countries if considered functional for the efficient fulfillment of the objectives pursued in compliance with the guarantees in favor of the data subjects.

Personal data will be kept, in general, as long as the purposes of the processing continue: for example, they will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after its conclusion, until the end of the legal prescription (10 years) unless the relationship is not renew again.

The data (only the indispensable ones) are communicated:• to persons in charge of processing, both internal to the organization of the writer, and external, who perform specifictasks and operations (eg teachers, system’s administrators, mailers, newsletter managers, etc.)• in the cases and to the subjects provided for by law• to the client (s) where present (eg Employer, etc.)• to the sponsor (s) or third parties where permitted

The data, except as provided in letter c) of the purposes will not be disseminated unless otherwise required by law. In case of necessity specific and punctual consents will be required and the subjects who will receive the data will use them as autonomous data controllers.
