Alfa Tech Singapore : Management

Zach Wilson is managing director of the Singapore offices of Alfa Tech Consulting Enterprise a US based engineering and project management firm that designs and builds over US $1 Billion in projects each year. He has over 10 years of experience in practical engineering, construction and real estate development related to infrastructure works and projects.

He has a specialization in cleantech, energy efficiency and hi-tech challenges such as for manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers, medical facilities, and project execution in emerging markets. In addition to his projects in Singapore, Malaysia and China Mr. Wilson developed over 2 million square feet of mixed use real estate projects in San Francisco prior to his immigration to SE Asia. He also acts as an advisor to a regional infrastructure fund and is a director of a renewable energy firm called Greenpower Fuels. In this capacity he has worked to develop varying projects throughout Asia including a biomass power plant, biofuel commoditization supply chain, algal based energy development and biological water treatments projects.

He is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and has an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University.

Paul Lim, Director: As a trained mechanical and fire safety engineer and manager, Mr. Lim brings over twenty years of professional experience to every project. He has conducted engineering and project management in Singapore, Malaysia and China. Having started and operated his engineering firm Gims and Associates since 1994, he has established his name in the marketplace as a trustworthy, mechanical building services specialist. Eric Ng, Advisor: With twenty years of experience in project, facilities and real estate management Mr. Ng is a veteran in his field. The first seven years of his career in the project development and construction industry as coordination engineer and project manager for design, planning, cost control and construction of office, infrastructure and residential developments representing OCBC Property Services and Nishimatsu Construction Co. He served as head of project management at Jones Lang and DTZ. At Citigroup Mr. Ng held the position of cluster head in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand (with 1.5 million sq ft space) and senior asset manager for Asia Pacific (10 million sq ft space). Mr. Ng holds both a Bachelors and a Masters in Science in building and project management respectively. Ashley Wee, Advisor: An expert property consultant with nineteen years experience in the real estate industry and a strong history of directorial success makes Mr. Wee a critical asset to Alfa Tech Singapore. Mr. Wee has served as Director for DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, Associate Director for JLW and currently is Managing Director of VestAsia. Mr. Wee’s work experience is international having worked in Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Lee’s consultation experience is also extremely extensive, he has advised UOB, The United States Government and DTZ in marketing, business development and serving on their financial evaluation panel among other services. MR. Wee graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management.
