Ideation The Split

Expertise Enterprise founders first develop a strong area of expertise by performing their daily tasks at work.

Problem Discovery A problem is discovered at work while performing tasks or experiencing unmet customer requests.

Ideation While at work, conversations and ideas for potential solutions will completely takeover a founder’s thoughts.

The Split Once the solution has been validated, the founder will gather a team, usually other employees, and leave.

World-class enterprise accelerator program delivered internally The Alchemist Accelerator has pioneered the first specialized program for enterprise startups, which has been validated by over 500 founders that come from large enterprise companies, and was named Accelerator of the Year (2013).

Unlock innovation The Alchemist model will be executed within organizations seeking to unlock existing internal potential and foster innovation on pre-determined areas of interest.

Guidance from the highest caliber of mentors Startups will receive guidance from preeminent Founders, C-level Executives, Venture Capitalists and successful Alumni.

Catalyze product/market fit through network of enterprise customers Alchemist startups have exclusive access to a large network of early customer adopters that provide first-hand feedback, advice and backdoor connections to catalyze validation and sales.

Post-accelerator success through investor relationships Founders are directly exposed to 100+ engaged investors, who have validated Alchemist as a reliable brand that produces top-quality enterprise startups. This significantly increases the ability to receive funding in a short timeframe.

The Alchemist program is split into 2 sections to identify the strongest teams with the most potential..

1)  Bootcamp* (3 months)2)  Alchemist X (6 months)

Each startup is provided with capital investment during the program (subject to founder salaries):

1)  Bootcamp* - $02)  Alchemist X - $100,000

Alchemist X will host startups in one of these locations options:

1)  Dedicated workspace within host’s organization.

2)  Dedicated office space leased by Alchemist.

3)  Neutral co-working space.

Events include:

-  Investor demo day-  Investor feedback days-  Customer feedback days-  CEO speaker sessions-  Domain expertise talks-  Fundraising preparation-  Mentor pairing

Receive favorable terms to participate in potential upside with:

-  15% common equity-  Market exclusivity for 18 months-  Buy back call option

-  Number of startups-  Location-  Program duration

Estimated all-inclusive cost: $500k-$1M

*The first 3 months of the program is to qualify startups. After 3 months, only startups with the highest potential will continue in the program.

Notes:-  After the Alchemist Bootcamp, selected startups will be chosen to participate in the Alchemist X program.-  The Alchemist X and Alchemist Accelerator startups will be combined for the Hackerati.-  Weekly gatherings are comprised of special guest lecturers that present niche topics, such as sales, business development, marketing, fundraising, leadership,

public relations and product development.
