Foster a culture of innovation Innovation is essential to ensure growth in large organizations. Companies that successfully foster a culture of innovation have seen a direct correlation to improvements in financials and employment satisfaction.
Unlock dormant potential Your employees understand your market and technology best. However, without a streamlined program many employees will not materialize their ideas.
Capture opportunities first Be the first to learn about disruptive technology that could be valuable to your organization.
Participate in the upside Own sizable equity and favorable terms.
Retain talent The Alchemist X structure provides an opportunity for unsuccessful employees to return back to work, and for successful companies to be acquired back into the organization.
