Albert Einstein

He is the most famous scientist of all time. He was born on 18th April 1955 in Germany and died in New Jersey, aged 76.

In 1999 he was described by „Time” magazine as the „Person of the Century”.

Eisten’s interest in science began at the age of five when he got a compass as a present. His ability mathematics was extraordinary at school. The biggest of Einstein’s achievement was General Theory of Relavity published in 1916. His ideas on space time and matter were completely new. His works helped develop a lot of technology, such as atonomic energy.

He was also famous for being quite eccentric. For example, he hated wearing socks, enjojed talking to his cat and didn’t remember about people’s birthdays. He spoke English very well, but he didn’t write in this language, because the spelling of English words was too difficult for him.

After he died, scientist decided to study his brain. They found that part that was responsible for mathematical thought was 15% bigger than averange.
