Current State Ideas on How to Proceed

May 2013 revision

1.  Current 9110 std not enough “MRO minded”

2.  9110 not mandated by all stakeholders (airlines, ...).

3.  No current recognition of ICOP 9110 by stakeholders.

4.  Currently no IAQG recommendations for “post delivery support” businesses for supply chain

1.  Improve current std with additional SMS, Human Factor, ... stakeholders expectations requirements.

2.  Share and promote 9110 std with Airlines, MRO and Defence organisations.

3.  Increase Airworthiness Authority engagement and gain 9110 std and associated ICOP Scheme recognition.

4.  Agree and develop set of recommendations to address post delivery supply chain support.

1.  9110 std more MRO centric but still aligned with 9100.

2.  9110 recognised by all stakeholders as the QMS requirements for MRO organisations

3.  ICOP 9110 certification recognised by stakeholders as an acceptable means of compliance with stakeholders’ QMS requirements (audit reduction)

4.  Set of IAQG OEM after sales best practices for whole supply chain.
