operations in the early days of Al Jaber

Group in the 1970s and are acknowl-

edged experts in camp accommodation.

our customers’ pest problems, an initial

inspection evaluates the extent of the

pest infestation.

Identification – Accurate identification of

pest is important to ensure that proper

methods are used in order to control

existing problems and prevent further

pest infestations.

Analysis – After a thorough inspection,

all current and potential problem areas

are identified, then followed by specific

termination treatments

Evaluation and Recommendation – We

provide our professional recommenda-

tions to customers that will address their

pest problems.

Service and Treatment –Toxido teams

conduct the treatment in the infected

areas using appropriate methods of

treatment: mechanical, biological and

chemical.

Protection – A post treatment inspection

ensures effective service. If there are any

pest problems after treatment, Toxido

will deal with it at no extra cost during

the guaranteed period.

a food microbiologist, a chemist and

skilled food safety auditors who monitor

and control risk at each step following

farm-to-fork methodology.

Our professional approach with the devel-

opment, implementation and verification

of comprehensive food safety and process

quality control systems ensures delivery

maintaining compliance with regulatory

requirements.

Quality & Food SafetyLaboratory Analysis:

A robust sampling schedule is followed

and food and non-food samples are

submitted to reputed laboratories on a

monthly basis. Samples consist of

microbiological and chemical analysis of

food, water, personal hand swabs, food

contact surface swabs, facility air

samples, etc.

In Process Quality Control:

Our highly experienced food safety and

quality team follow stringent online

quality control at various stages includ-

ing receiving of raw materials, food

preparations, storages, cooking and

servicing, cleaning, personal hygiene,

pest control, etc.

Critical control points such as cooking

temperatures, storage temperatures,

sanitization, food serving temperatures,

and thawing are monitored and

controlled by following HACCP based

control measures.

Ingredients Quality:

All raw materials and ingredients are

procured from approved suppliers and

strict quality control is established upon

receipt. The quality of incoming raw

materials is assured by evaluation of

vendors, sample analysis and routine

inspection of vendor’s processing

facilities.

Employee Hygiene:

The highest priority is given to employee

health and hygiene, and it is ensured by

regular medical health check-ups,

routine personal hygiene inspections

and laboratory analysis.

Facility Hygiene:

The hygiene of kitchen premises, facility

and equipment is maintained through

extensive cleaning and sanitation perf-

ormed by professional housekeeping

crews.
