Directions to the Site: Take exit 120 from I-75. Go east approximately 0.5 mi. The entrance to the park is on the left. Follow signs to the field which is past the Alltech Arena where the dog shows are held. Important Information Conformation Show Circuit We will make every effort to adjust breed running times to accommodate exhibitors who want to both run and show their hounds. Approximate breed running times will be available at the secretary’s desk. Care of the Grounds Kindly enter the field at the designated area only. Parking areas will be clearly marked. Please clean up after your hounds. Smokers please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. There will be a $15 fine levied on all smokers leaving cigarette butts on the grounds or people caught not cleaning up after their dogs!! PLEASE NOTE: Please bring your own shade and water. There will be portable toilets available – DO NOT put poop bags in the toilet!!! RV and Tent Camping allowed at the Kentucky Horse Park Camping Ground Limited space is available adjacent to the conformation show grounds. Must be reserved with the kennel club. ALLTECH ARENA ADMISSION – There is a $5 per carload per day admission charge, or a $25 Five-Day Event Admission Pass with in/out privileges is available, to ALLdog events (Conformation, Obedience and Rally, CGC, Trick Dog, Lure Coursing, and Dock Diving) upon arrival at the Alltech Arena. Five-Day Event Admission Passes may be purchased on Wednesday in the Alltech Arena from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. or are available at the Alltech gate during the shows. The admission fee helps to pay for the rising cost of our venue. Eligibility
Only purebred Afghan Hounds, Azawakhs, Basenjis, Borzoi, Cirneco Dell'Etna, Greyhounds, Ibizan Hounds, Italian Greyhounds, Irish Wolfhounds, Norrbottenspets, Peruvian Inca Orchids, Pharaoh Hounds, Portuguese Podengos, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Salukis, Sloughis, Scottish Deerhounds, Thai Ridgebacks, and Whippets that are one year of age or older and have been registered with The American Kennel Club or an AKC recognized foreign registry or that have been granted an Indefinite Listing Privilege (ILP) OR Purebred Alternative Listins (PAL) may be entered. Breed disqualifications apply. Note: Italian Greyhounds and Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds are not eligible to compete for Best in Field.
Junior Courser and Qualifying Courser Offered
Junior Courser (JC): Open to all eligible sighthounds. A hound running alone must
receive a certification from a judge on one date, and a second certification from a different judge at a later date, with each judge stating that the hound completed a minimum 600-yard course with a minimum of 4 turns. The hound must complete the entire course with enthusiasm and without interruption. Qualifying Courser (QC): Open to all eligible sighthounds. The qualifying hound will
run with another hound, completing a (minimum) 600-yard course with a minimum of 5 turns. The qualifying hound must complete the entire course with enthusiasm, without interruption, and without coursing, interfering with, or aggressing on the other hound. Owner of qualifying dog must provide or arrange for a hound of like running style for their hound to run with in this test.
Stakes Offered Open: Open only to hounds of eligible breed, with no breed disqualifications,
that hold an AKC QC certificate OR have run in the Open Stake prior to Jan. 1, 2010, OR have a Senior Courser title OR have an ASFA or CKC field champion title. (a copy of this title must be attached to the entry form if the QC requirement is to be waived). Championship points are awarded from this stake. Open Veteran: Open only to hounds that are eligible to enter either Open or
Special Stake, and are of Veteran age as determined by their Parent Breed Club. Championship or LCX points may be awarded from this stake. Special: Open only to hounds that are eligible to enter the Open Stake and have
earned their AKC Field Championship title. LCX points may be awarded from this stake. Hounds under disqualification from AKC, ASFA or CKC Field Trials may NOT be entered. Singles: Open to all hounds of eligible breed, including those that are otherwise
disqualified from entering the regular stakes (open, specials and veteran). Hounds entering in the singles stake may not also enter a regular stake at the same event. No championship or LCX points are awarded from this stake. Best in Field (BIF) will be offered all days.

The Greyhound Club of America will support the entry of Greyhounds on Friday and Saturday, offering trophies for all Stake winners and Best of Breed. Sunday's Greyhound stakes will be designated as the coursing specialty, with trophies for all stake winners, all placements, and Best of Breed. Roll call for Greyhounds on Sunday will be 1pm, or a half hour after BOB judging, whichever is later.

Course Plans GANG reserves the right to alter the course due to field and/or weather conditions on the day of the trial. Course will be reversed for finals, runoff and BOB. Terrain is gently rolling, The field is not totally fenced, but is well away from the main road. Each hound is entered and competes at the sole risk of its owner.
