Role: Design, development and commissioningSalient Features:

Design & development for automating the total manufacturing process of sponge iron in a steel plant.

Developed Logics for System interlocks, pressure, various zone temperatures from sensors (Kiln, Cooler), and feedback from various motors, weigh feeders, load and speed of AC drives and feeds to automation system

Developed HMI screens for Control & Monitoring and System supports, Historical trends and data logging.
