As founder and CEO of AKAM Living Services, Leslie Kaminoff has earned a reputation for honesty, integrity, and experience. Doug Weinstein’s professional credentials include more than three decades of experience in all areas of residential, commercial, and industrial project management including structural, mechanical, and aesthetic renovation, restoration, and redesign; building greening; disaster recovery; project logistics; contract negotiation; project finances; contractor, laborer, and building staff supervision; all aspects of project compliance and documentation; and project phasing and communication.
Matthew Providente is an expert in building requirements, local laws, operation needs, and compliance issues. Mr. Providente oversees all areas of PMG’s capital and greening projects including structural, mechanical, and aesthetic renovations, restorations, and redesigns. He works closely with Doug Weinstein and Leslie Kaminoff to introduce Project Management Group to residential, commercial, and industrial property decision-makers, and to ensure the highest caliber of project management to every PMG client.

At the end of the day, PMG will save your building money. Whether it be on engineering fees, contractor change orders, or increasing the useful life of your building’s capital improvement, PMG is only looking out for best interest of your property. In almost all cases, the cost of our project management is offset by the ongoing project savings.
Although your building manager is involved throughout the entire process, the day-to-day management of your property is extremely time consuming, making it difficult for your building manager to oversee every detail of your capital project. Retaining PMG to manage your project allows your manager to focus on his day-to-day management, and ensure that your property receives the extensive oversight your capital project needs.
Your engineer and/or architect will play a major role in all capital projects, but they look at things strictly from their point of view. What makes sense for the engineer/architect may not be practical or financially feasible for the building. An owner’s rep, such as PMG, helps to ensure that the project specifications are appropriate. Under-speccing a job can lead to integrity issues or change orders, and over-speccing a job can lead to unnecessary expenses and fees. PMG also monitors the fees of the engineer/architect, including addressing certain administrative tasks in-house, to avoid additional hourly fees.
