4. Organise awareness programmes and lectures for the MSME7s as per specific area of work.

5. Formulate criteria based clusters of MSME for identification and targeting of IP issues.

6. Cluster development work in association with the Dl, MSME and Department of Industry, GOCG

7. Cluster based IP frame and ecosystem development in the state.

8. Ground work for the addressal of Geographical Indications of the state including the data base creation and laboratory work as and work required.

9. Participate and distribute IP search topics amongst JRF's for technology scanning reports, technology sourcing and forecasting.

10. Ensure confidentiality and NDA for IP applicants.

1 1. Interact with the MSME officials and IP lawyers.

1. To assist in all the project work to the Project Scientist and IPRC, CCOST staff

2. Initiate IP search on the IP software and online. 3. Initiate Patent and Non-Patent Literature Search

for technology scanning, sourcing and forecasting for the academia and MSME of the state.

4. To interact with the IP applicants and addressal of IP issues including search, drafting and preparation of IP forms.

5. Liaison with the IP lawyers for IP filing. 6. Ensure confidentiality and NDA for IP

For Project Scientist :-

Responsibility of the planning and chalk out the programmes for TVP Centres. Preparation of road map for proper scheme and programme organization and implementations. Coordination with State govt. & Central Govt. organizations for advanced rural Technology and there introduction and implementation in TVP centres. Organise rural development training programmes and activities in the Technology Village Centres. Perform all other duties as instructed by CCOST Officers. For Field Assistant :-
