“AJ is a detail oriented, can do manager and architect. He always goes the extra mile on every project. In the time I have worked with him he has implemented multiple projects and initiatives successfully. He can manage projects, vendors and technical staff all at the same time.”

“AJ is a motivated and driven leader, who has proven to work well under pressure with pressed deadlines! He has an exceptional ability to leverage one of his key strengths, strategic thinking and planning. As a PM working with AJ and his team to architect and solution key projects, his unique skill in identifying potential project risks is invalu-able. He has been instrumental in the success of our organization, and will continue to make a positive impact. If you focus on surrounding yourself with people who want to succeed, then AJ must be on your list!”

“I had the pleasure of having A.J. in my Platoon in a Combat Military Police Platoon. As his Platoon Leader, I had the chance to observe him in many capacities and can honestly say he is one of the most talented and intelligent Soldiers and Leaders I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His impact on our organization was widespread and instant as he keenly grasps the high value tasks with ease and owns them. His ability to work with everyone and lead from many different levels was evident early on and his rise in the military ranks was definitely a plea-sure to watch. A.J.’s professionalism and drive were unmatched and I would jump at the chance to work with him again.”

“I have worked with A.J. in the 716th Military Police Battalion at Fort Campbell, Kentucky and highly recommend him. “Working with A.J. as my supervisor was a pleasure. A.J. is very knowl-edgeable and his leadership skills are exemplary. Under his leadership I was able to demonstrate my strengths as a manager and he was always there to provide guidance and advice on my opportunities.”

“A.J. Merrifield is an intelligent, dedicated career professionalism able to achieve organizational goals and objectives to enable success. A.J. is a trusted leader who gets the job done right the first time.”

“Seeing what A.J. has done with his life and career has been a pleasure. I was able to pull A.J. in to accomplish the “improbable” at the begin-ning of my corporate career and his confidence, skill, and winning attitude was essential in changing the improbable to the definite. There is no surprise for me that A.J. has done so much, helped so many, and made such a difference at so many companies. Anyone can talk about what a person’s skills are, and he has many. My recommendation is of A.J. as a person. As a true winner, and as a boon to any organiza-tion. Look no further.”

“I had a number of opportunities to observe and interact with AJ when he was a staff sergeant in the Army, serving in Iraq, and I was the senior NCO for the entire Coalition in Iraq. Not only had AJ just been selected as the Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for the 101st Airborne Division, but also he was in charge of the personal security detachment for the division command sergeant major. AJ was always very articulate, insightful, proactive and trustworthy, and it was clear to me that he was a person who always gave his best in any situation in peace or war. In short, AJ is a people person, dedicated to his mission and his fellows. I would be proud to serve with him again.”
