Various banking customers in India
Problems faced by OBS:Orange (IN) had to give Special Valuation Bond (SV bond) to the customs for 100% of the import dutiesOrange (IN) had to give Revenue deposit of 5% of the dutiesDelay in giving the bond/deposit resulted into delay in customs clearance incurring demurrageDelay in delivering the goods to the end users

END TO END SOLUTIONS SUGGESTED BY US
ASAP(US - LSP)
PLG (IN)
Various banking customers in India
What do we do? AITC facilitates TRADE LOGISTICS AITC becomes the actual importer on records for such consignments On record, AITC gets the cargo customs cleared and pays the import duties, customs clearance and other handling charges on behalf of Orange and get the reimbursement of all the costs from ASAP (US) AITC charges agency fees per shipment basis.
Benefits to OBS (US): No need to give SVB / RD to the Indian Customs Timely delivery to the end users directly.
