Airport Commercial Revenue Workshop Airports are under growing pressure to optimise revenues from non-aeronautical activities. There are many parties involved in delivering a great airport experience to every customer; all of them must balance their commercial objectives with the airport’s own. Terminal commercial planning project

The project is an opportunity for delegates to apply what they have learnt from the course and their own ideas to an airport terminalcommercial planning problem. Delegates will be separated into groups and handed the terminal commercial planning problemto solve by the end of the course. Based on information and data provided, each group will be required to produce recommendationson where all significant concessions should be located in the airport terminal, approximately what size they should be and what type.
