Batteries expire Mar 2018.Inspected the ELT as per FAR 91.207(d).MAKE :ACKMODEL :E-01SERIAL :054053THE BATTERY EXPIRES :March 2018-Removed line cutters for replacement and found : Model C1-8 and lot #1RRL0111, manufacture date of 01/2011and s/n's 804 and 821.Original line cutters expire 1/2017.Reinstalled original line cutters with new cord and new machine thread.Reference cirrus SR22 Caps Component Manual chapter 95-01.Up dated Maintenance Warning Report and life limited section of #1 airframelog book.-Removed corrosion from the right most inboard flap brackett and cleanedwith Alumiprep 33. Treated the area with Alodine 1201 and painted withCirrus Base White (PPG Concept DCC 92813).-Removed A/C compressor and found the drive assembly side of the mountto be worn. Installed .0020" thick washer between the aft compressormounting surface and the aft compressor drive mounting surface. Securedwith a new bolt (p/n AN5-37A), original flat washers, a new lock washer (p/nMS35338-45) and the original nut. Referenced Keith Products Inc.Maintenance Manual Air-conditioning System for Cirrus Design SR-22Document No. CR-220-10 STC No. SA10195SC.-Removed old double sided tape from left lower wing/fuselage fairing andreplaced with two feet of new double sided tape 1/2" X.045 (p/n 50640-0450)in reference to Cirrus Maintenance Manual Chapter 53-50-Accomplished the removal of the corroded screws. Removal required theextraction of one tuck screw on the left lower wing tip attach point.-Installed new Telex Microphone (p/n 62800-001) into the aircraft asrequested by owner.-Removed and replaced the air induction filter in reference to CirrusIllustrated Parts Catalog Chapter 71-60.

-Installed new ELT Remote Control Panel Indicator Battery in reference toCirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 25-60.-Inspected fire extinguisher model RT-A400 s/n V-176548 per labelinstructions. Weight is 505 grams. Found acceptable for continued service.-Removed the fuel strainer. Cleaned and inspected as required. No defectsnoted. Reinstalled the fuel strainer with new o-rings (p/n NAS1523-8B & p/nMS29513-137) and secured in reference to Cirrus Aircraft MaintenanceManual Model SR 22 Chapter 28-20 & Cirrus IPC Model SR22 Chapter 28-20.-Removed the left engine baffle from engine. The cracked baffle had thecracks stop drilled and a doubler fabricated to repair the areas that wereaffected. Original type baffle skin metal was used to fabricate the repairdoubler. Solid aluminum rivets were used to install the doubler where theywere able to be used. The repaired baffle was reinstalled on the left side ofthe engine. Repair accomplished in accordance with AC43.13-1B.-Serviced the control quadrant with AeroShell 22 in reference to CirrusAirplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 76-10.-Performed Functional Check of the Redundant Circuit Breakers in referenceto Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 24-50.-Performed Inspection/Check of theTransient Voltage Suppressor inreference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 24-50-Checked aileron, rudder and elevator cable tensions and flight controltravels in reference with Cirrus SR22 maintenance manual chapter 27 andType Certificate.-Constructed profile of this aircraft into ATP navigator and verifiedcompliance of all ADs.-Adjusted elevator cable tension in reference to Cirrus Airplane MaintenanceManual Model SR22 Chapter 6 Figure 06-001.-Installed new left outboard aft tail pipe support bracket (p/n 20155-010) inreference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 78.-Installed Reiff Preheat Systems Turbo System TL6 (approved forContinental 550) in reference to Reiff Preheat Systems' Hotband CylinderHeating System and HotStrip Oil Sump Heater installation & operatinginstructions.-Updated the POH in reference to Cirrus Service Publication Index For SR22Serial Number 1653 by adding SR22 POH Revision 7(p/n 13772-001RA7),Revision 8 (p/n 13772-001RA8), Revision 9 (p/n 13772-001RA9), & Revision10 (p/n 13772-001RA10).-Updated the Weight and Balance with the addition of the Reilff EngineHeater System.

Complied with Savvy Prebuy Inspection Phase 1 & 2 and found the following 1) Complied with a compression check on all engine cylinders. Thereadings were as follows: #1 - 60/80, #2 - 63/80, #3 - 70/80, #4 - 76/80, #5- 76/80, #6 - 66/80. Minimum orifice reading was 46/80. Cylinders #2 & #6had leakage by exhaust valve and rings, #1 cylinder by rings and #3 cylinderby exhaust valve. Boroscope inspection showed cylinders #'s 1, 2, 4 and 6have corrosion on walls. Exhaust valves appeared OK.2) TCM AD 2011-25-51 (12/28/11) Starter ADapter gear due.Researced andcomplied with AD 2011-25-51 and determined action was not reqiredbecause the effectivty requirements did not match this Aircraft.-Removed, inspected, and photographed all engine hydraulic lifters andcamshaft lobes. Detected signs of spalling on cylinder # 2 exhaust, cylinder#3 exhaust, cylinder #6 exhaust, and cylinder # 6 intake hydraulic lifters.Replaced exhaust hydraulic lifters (p/n 653877) with new supersededhydraulic lifters (p/n 658077) in cylinders #2, #3, & #6. Replaced intakehydraulic lifter (p/n 653888) with new superseded hydraulic lifter (p/n658088) on cylinder #6. Replaced Hydraulic lifters in reference to TeledyneContinental Aircraft Engine Service Information Directive SID 05-1. Installedpush rod tubes with new o-ring seals (p/n 630286) and push rod housingpackings (p/n 534610). Installed push rods and rocker arms. Replacedworn thrust washers (p/n 653788) on #4 exhaust rocker arm to gain correcttolerances. Replaced all washer lock tabs (p/n 501868) on rocker arms.Torqued rocker arm bolts to 17.5 ft lbs. and bent over tabs. Installed newrocker cover gaskets (p/n 665705) Torqued cover screws to 65 in lbs. Allprocedures done in reference to TCM IO-550 Permold Series EngineMaintenance and Overhaul Manual Chapter 10-8 & TCM IO550N CylinderAssembly parts listing Figure List 25_18.-Complied with the Annual Inspection in accordance with Dominion AviationServices FORM 0100 which meets the requirements of FAR 43 appendix Dand with reference to Cirrus SR22 maintenance manual chapter 05-20.-Removed the spark plugs.Inspected, cleaned, gapped and rotated the spark plugs.Re-installed the spark plugs with new gaskets, pn# M674.Reference : Champion aviation service manual AV6-R.-Complied with the oil and filter change. Serviced with 8 quarts of Phillips20w 50. Installed new oil filter p/n CH48108-1. Cut open the old filter andfound no defects. Removed, inspected, cleaned and reinstalled the sumpscreen with a new gasket. Ran the engine and no leaks detected.
