NEIGHBOUR PLANNINGASSET features the mostpowerful neighbour planneron the market. Neighbourrelations between cellsincluding IRAT handovers can be planned and analysed.Neighbour relation parameterplanning includingfrequencies, scrambling codesand BSIC’s is also included.
MEASUREMENT TOOLBOXNetwork measurements frommultiple sources such as drive tests, carrier wavemeasurements and mobilemeasurement reports can beimported into ASSET to tunepropagation models andenhance neighbour planning.

I-VIEW LIVE PLAN™A fully automated solutionwhich updates ASSET withthe latest live networkconfiguration and parameterinformation. This allowsnetwork expansion plans and optimisation changes to be performed using the actual live networkconfiguration to ensuremaximum integrity of the design.
FINANCIAL ANALYSISASSET’s Financial Analysismodule has the power toeffectively tell the user ifthere is even a business case for rolling out a newtechnology (e.g. LTE). It alsoallows for detailed OPEX and CAPEX ’what if‘ planningscenarios to be completed,maximising revenues andoperating margins.
