1. What can I say from my observations of three online ticketing systems that I have

researched of the process done to book the flights ticket, those three systems are

airasia.com.my, expedia.com.my and mas.com.my. The Airasia online ticketing system is

easy to understand and to use but it required user to go through a very long process and

user need to key in a lot of personal detail when booking the tickets. As for the expedia

online booking system is that this system is suitable to use also because when we book

the flight tickets from this system they actually book it direct to airasia company, and I

prefer to use this system because it is more convenient and easier for me to book from

this system because it don’t take long time and I don’t need to key in so much personal

details of mine in the system. The last system that I’ve done my research is on Malaysia

airline online ticketing system. This is the best system among the others because in a

just few clicks and process of registering some personal details I can book my flight

tickets. Furthermore, these systems are very user friendly because I can learn how to

use the system very fast.

2. I’m confused on the Airasia site first time I used it whether to log in or not to book the

flight ticket as the system also ask user to log in before proceed to registering. I’m

surprised to use the expedia.com.my and mas.com.my because I can done the same

process faster than airasia online system.

3. I’m enjoying using MAS and Airasia online system because it allows user to pick their

seats. My recommendation to Airasia is that they need to improve back their online

system as there is always problem with the database and sometime the server is down

and the user is directed to waiting link. For expedia the best recommendation is that

they also need to upgrade the system because the loading time is very high and the last

one for MAS system it is better to reduce the the tabs such as combine the ads on tab

with guest details so that it will reduce time for loading and also clicking.
